Decided to open up a bar with my best friend.
Usually during the offseason Fox North tours with the Liberty Four to various local venues, even having made it as far as the semi-finals in the Barbershop Harmony Society contest in Las Vegas. While they typically only manage 4 gigs an offseason, the house is always packed. Fox and the others also have to practice a lot, since they’re usually somewhat rusty come the end of the season.
When not touring with the Liberty Four, Fox spends his time working at various cheesesteak places in order to learn their secrets for himself. While typically only working at each place for a month, local shops are willing to bring him on just for the massive influx of customers his presence causes. Even after Fox is gone, those places typically enjoy higher sales, because hey, if it’s good enough for Fox it must be good. On Sundays, Fox volunteers at the local humane society, helping to socialize the dogs, though his favorite task is to wash the puppies. Nothing like a good clean puppy, Fox always says! Being there causes adoption rates to skyrocket, and the shelter often brings dogs from other shelters in anticipation of the increased demand when Fox is volunteering.

Vincent Sharpei is someone that is always looking to make a little of extra money when he can. He has tried all types of jobs in the area, but there was one that really did it for him. Being of the size of a large man, everyone really loved to see him at the Banana Hammock stop in San Jose. Now, no one really likes to know he works there, but there is always tickets that is listed under the name "Big Jim" at the box office. I mean, it's also weird that he has to oddly be home early and one of the girls that attends Sabercats games saw him at the establishment. Once the team found out, that had to be the best reaction. This guy does what he wants under the name "Peach Licker". No one really wants to know what that means or why, but he always does collect the dollars that are on the ground.
I mean, he does go back in the offseason to make a little bit of extra money. No one judges him at all, he does what he wants. I would not suggest going. Go to another spot. Sharpei definitely approves of this spot. Quote:Words: 203@Muford
As a kicker in football chances are you aren't getting paid the big bucks like a Quarterback would. You don't get that 10+ million dollar salary you get anywhere from the minimum to 4.3 million as one of the best (Stephen Gostkowski). Usually you are at the end of that spectrum especially if you are just starting out as a rookie. So in the NSFL coming into the DSFL, Shawn Guy won't be making a whole lot of money this season meaning he needs a second job to support himself in the off-season.
During the off-season Shawn returns to his hometown of Swainsboro, Georgia and runs a Sports Memorabilia shop. This includes anything and everything to do with sports with autographs on jerseys and pictures. It also includes a bunch of sports cards like Football, Hockey and Baseball. Guy admits he has a big fascination with the Sports Card business and enjoys opening cards. However, recently with the shop opening up, Shawn has had to use all his will power to not open everything or else his shop would fail. If favorite card in his shop is a signed Zeke Elliot rookie card from Panini National Treasures that card has a value anywhere from 500 bucks to 1000. Expect many more massive hits to come from "The Guy to Buy" Sports Memorabilia & Game Shop.
Working a job in the offseason? The hell? What year is it? 1935? Arbin Asipi is in the god damn NSFL, he doesnt need to work some other job to pay the bills. He took the minimum for a player and is still making 500k a year. Does he have 30 kids and 8 wives to take care of? What kind of shit are you spending money on that would require you to work a job in the offseason after playing in the NSFL. Half of the motherfuckers who posted in this friend are making a lot of money. What are you guys spending your money on? 20 mansions? what the hell dude. All Asipi does in the offseason is play for the NFL. Remember when I said the NSFL season is played in the summer? Well yea Asipi was also signed by the Chicago Bears remember. SO WHY WOULD HE NEED A JOB IF HE PLAYS FOR BOTH THE NSFL AND NFL? Anyways in the short breaks Asipi does get, he liked to spend it having a vacation. He does all this work so he does deserve a vacation. No one can stop him because he wants to live his own life.
Ian Bavitz took a team-friendly deal to ensure the Orange County Otters had sufficient room under the salary cap in the NSFL. As such, during the off-season he works to help keep up his high-end lifestyle.
Currently, he sits in a random office building ready to conduct the beginning of a credit investigation for a large bank. He receives work orders and goes through an exhaustive process of tracking down as much personal information as possible about various individuals and businesses. Often times, he can identify a specific person from as little as a first and last name and a zip-code. He gathers all of this information together and passes it on to the next consultant in the line as they attempt to find out if any of the people are committing serious crimes that would prevent them from being awarded a loan. Fraud, money-laundering and tax-evasion are some of the big-ticket items to be careful for, though bankruptcy filings, judgement and liens and notices of defaults also serve as warning signs for bad deals. Dealings with foreign countries are also looked into, as the U.S. has many sanctions against countries around the world. Lastly, a Patriot Act verification is run on the entities to ensure there isn't terrorist funding going on. All of this sounds borderline interesting, but really Bavitz sits under florescent lighting reading a book for 6-7 hours a day while waiting for work to actually pour in. Code: 242

Dustin Evans is a human-buster. But wait, what, you ask, is a human-buster? Dustin Evans takes house calls when humans invade on the living arrangements of victimized ghosts.
Sometimes all you want to do post mortem is just relax in a dilapidated shack in the woods, but lately that's become increasingly difficult. With all these crazy white people going to obviously terrifying and sketchy places that used to be havens for ghosts to just hang out, there's really nowhere you can just be dead and alone anymore, ya know? You know. Some of these spirits spend all their lives talking to people that they just frankly don't care about, about things that they don't care about, and now that they're dead they're being screamed at and exorcized by meddling mortals. I mean, come on Susan, you're 450 pounds, what do you care if you're possessed for a night or two, or three ... hundred? I mean, were you actually planning on going anywhere? Likely not. Evans makes very little doing this sort of work, considering ghosts cannot hold things in their hands, specifically currency. They do, however, promise Evans gifts upon death, which they assure him is coming soon. Very soon.

He does all these things to earn money in the offseason because it so happens that training costs him 1 million dollars PER WEEK and he cant afford to live in a home. His girl left him for his agent, he has nowhere to go. He sleeps in an abandoned crack house off of the highway, right but that little sewer lake where the geckos hang out. He begs for change by the road with his geckos as performers.. or sometimes the geckos are equipment or food. they're very versatile in that way. He doesnt love it... well he does. Though he is never injected their blood into his own. He wanted me to make sure i mentioned that casually.. so there you go. (254 words/210 if every use of "geckos" is omitted)
Luckily for him, Darnell Turner, corner back for the Baltimore Hawks, didn't need to pick up a summer job to ensure that he kept the light on. After receiving a total of nine million just from contracts in the past two years, he has made sure that he does not waste his money and instead incests it in a diverse group of stocks and bonds. He does not go for penny stocks or anything that is boom or bust, instead going after stocks that he can make sure will earn him money year after year with little chance of falling apart. He grew up in poverty so for him he wants to make sure that his grand sons will never have to go through the same things he went through. His goal is to make sure that even after his National Simulation Football League career ends, he stays as a commentator or something to keep working to make money for his family. His bank account is already over 1.5x as much as he's earned from his football career and will only grow larger. The powers of both compound interest along with large endorsement deals may make him end up as the richest athlete.
