For the curious like me, it looks like the non-bot player with the lowest overall is DT Newenglander, T. of the Legion, at 53 overall

Yeah, I got the same. I believe it's because Newenglander has spent no TPE into strength.

To piggyback on this, Wallace Stone has the lowest overall of NSFL players.  Newenglander was a send down.

There was an issue in the index when the article was created. Stone Intel was set at 1 instead of 79 ... im actually 78 OA.

I believe they did work hard on this, but @Waters can confirm this took me 8 minutes to make.

PS you know I made this myself and didn't copy his because I have updated ratings for all players as of Pre-Season game 2.
