My current goal is to one day win a championship not only with Andrew Reese, but also with the Arizona Outlaws organization. This is a team that has faced a lot of challenges and, unfortunately, now faces many new ones. Our QB retired on us, which means we’ll either end up relying on a young QB in a rebuild or a high TPE player will have to switch, which means we’ll lose a valuable position. This is still a relatively young team, so I think a new QB would probably fit in well, but that requires many people to commit to a long-term goal and that can be hard when players can jump ship to a more competitive team and become a contender overnight.
Regardless, I really enjoy the locker room. There are a lot of great players and I think they could easily be a strong team with the right pieces in place. We were arguably on that path, but losing a 900 TPE QB is going to be a blow to any team. However, that just makes me want to see them success even more. Hopefully, that day will come again and the Outlaws once again hoist the championship trophy over their heads. 209 Words Thanks to Jangorhino for the sig.
James Bishop has some championship aspirations for sure. The trophy is nice, the parade is for the fans, and I don't know about kissing the owner but maybe. It’s not all about the trophy, the parade, or kissing owners. There is something that he covets more than an NSFL championship ring. He is in it for the long run, he is shooting for the Hall of Fame and he doesn’t want the fact that he hasn’t won a championship to hold him back from a crucial vote. It’s all about that ring that proves the value of certain players on a team as a whole. So statistics, MVP status, some rings, these are all things that he is hoping to achieve in order to get into legendary status. Bishop wants to be the best receiver in NSFL history and he has some large shoes to fill. Trey Willie is likely to hold onto that title for quite some time but Bishop hopes to usurp him. There are some records that will never be broken and some that will be shattered. Bishop may never beat the number of championships other players have but he will sure give their stat line a run for its money. So watch out veterans, Bishop is coming.

I think every player starts off dreaming about making it to the big leagues, a select few may dream about winning the Championship but there is so much work to be done just to make it big. When I was a kid, I sometimes imagined lifting that trophy over my head after a great season of Madden but never for real. Once I was drafted and played my first season in the league, I started to gain aspirations of winning a Championship or two.
If I were to win a ring now I would love to have my family meet me on the field so I can share such a wonderful feeling with them. I would not have been here if it were not for my family and their support and I would love to pay some of that back by sharing a remarkable moment with them. I would love to win and party with the boys as well, we would rip up the town and be fucking kings. Colorado would be a damn fun party town and our party would be legendary; we would love to have fans join us as a reward for their support over the seasons. Man, I'd love to win the big one. |
