Ethan Hunt's already establishing himself, not as a dominant quarterback that the Otters drafted him for, but the jokester and locker room prankster with a prank on fellow quarterback Mike Boss. Reportedly after this morning's practice, Hunt had entered the locker room earlier than the rest of the roster and dunked Boss' spare pair of gloves into a Gatorade Water Cooler and left them to soak inside the cooler. The gloves, of course, were ruined by this, and Boss wasn't the happiest camper in the locker room post-prank, but Hunt had not stopped there. He later posed as an Otters fan at a meet-and-greet later that day, asking fellow Otters players such as Josh Bercovici, Omar Wright and Ian Bavitz for autographs and asking the most outrageous questions, such as their game day routine, plans for the night and, of course, chirping them or making fun of them.
"We're trying to keep it loose in the locker room before the regular season starts." Hunt later told media. "Both the regular season, especially the beginning and end, are the most stressful parts of being a professional football player. Not only is the season fairly short, but your entire season can be ended with a bad hit, or an untimely injury. If we keep the mood in the locker room light and relaxed, but stay focused on our goal and what we're here for, I don't see any wrong with my pranks and jokes."
