Good afternoon, thank you for joining me in todays presser. I'll be fielding questions now
How excited are you to be joining the DSFL and the NSFL?
Honestly, I'm pumped. I've never been part of a great group of guys like this and the players are so friendly. Can't wait to take the field against them.
What do you hope to achieve in The League?
I want to be the best. I want to one day be the MVP of The Big Game. But that's not saying I want the ball all the time, I want to work with my fellow wideouts and QB and make something special happen.
The Wide Receiver "watch list" has been released and you weren't included, have anything to say about that?
Hey man, they wanna say what they wanna say.. Just know that I read the articles. I pay attention. I work hard. This is just a chip on my shoulder, and if they wanna see me break it, ill spike that thing into the ground. Print that.
Where do you think you rank in the WR draft pool?
I'm the best. No doubt about it. There's a lot of talent in the room, and I can see that. But they see me too, and they know what's coming. Let me fall, I dare you.
Tell us about your upbringing and why you chose football.
Man, my dad was a huge football fan growing up. It was pretty easy for me to fall into, and I always liked catching the ball so I thought, hey, why don't I just stick with this thing? And here I am. Pretty good choice if you ask me aha.
Seems to be. Are there any certain teams you're looking to play for?
I'm here to play for whoever needs a playmaker. I know my routes, know how to catch the ball, and I know damn well how to score. I'm sure every team would like a guy like that, so why should I have to choose a team? I'll let them choose me.
How do you fare with teammates?
I love working with people, man. I believe everyones a good person, you just gotta bring it out of them! I love interacting on Twitter, and hanging out with the boys on a Tuesday night. I'm a super laid back guy, so I'm real easy to get along with.
Alright, final question. Is there a specific NFL player you would like to emulate your play after?
Dang, honestly, Davante Adams. Dude has the CRISPEST routes I've ever seen... Can beat any corner off the line and still take them deep. And have you seen his hands? Dude catches everything his way! so yeah, if you want a guy like Adams, come find me.
NEW QUESTIONS BELOW:
What kind of bear is best?
A: Grizzly Bear, baby
Why did you decide to play football?
A: My dad was a huge Brett Favre fan, and I was his Donald Driver. we would always play catch in the backyard, so it was easy for me to decide to play it. Never knew I would be playing at this level though.
What are you looking forward to most next season?
A: Honestly, just making a team and playing for them. I've got a love for the game, and I know a lot about it. I've been a receiver my whole life, but nothing compares to the next level of competition. Im super excited for it.
How did you prepare in the off season after college was over?
A: Lots of route running. Worked with my guy Johnny Manziel (#ComebackSZN) and he would just put it in the perfect spot for me. sometimes he would make it difficult for me by purposely throwing off his back foot, or putting too much on the ball. He did this so I would learn to fix my routes on the fly. I really take pride in it.
What would you be doing if you couldn't play football?
A: Probably doing play-by-play commentary for football or basketball. Love both sports, I wouldn't want a job that doesn't have anything to do with either sport.
I'll be fielding any further questions. Drop them below.
