Ya boy wakes up about 7 pretty much every morning. no matter how late I'm out the night before gettin' it in. It's like a fuckin' automatic cycle. Dick is a machine. I hit my usual breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, Greek yogurt. The good shit bro, not that supermarket nonsense full of sugar and chemicals. Usually some juice, a banana, and about 50 ounces of water. I'll spend the rest of the day snackin' a bit here and there. It's the best way for your body to process food and this motherfucker right here has to be at high octane top level for fuckin' up defenses and breaking hearts. I usually have my music goin' by now. A little RTJ, some Prof, a little old school rock. The classics. I throw a little comedy in here and there. keep me mentally loose. If I see I'm not catchin' what's being said it lets me know I gotta refocus a little bit. Make my way to wherever I gotta go next. Stadium, team meeting, whatever it is. Sometimes I'm at home, sometimes in a hotel in another city. Doesn't matter. If I have time, and I usually do, I might hit the pool for a few laps or the sauna to get going, get relaxed a bit. Have some more of those snacks I mentioned. Banana, cucumber, some nuts. Good shit for your body and soul. If I'm home, I get a driver. If I'm on the road I'm in the bus with the team. I'm not gonna worry about transporting myself to and from games. Gotta keep that mind locked up tight, bro. That's the routine of ya boy. Take notes. Better your life and shit. Dick out.

Adriana's routine depends on whether or not her family's in town to visit her. Her mom moves to Philly for most of the football season and returns to Italy with her daughter after the playoffs. All in all, she stays in the US for roughly 10 weeks every year.
When her mom is there, Adriana's routine consists of adapting to her overprotective nature. She goes with her to church every morning before the game and struggles not to fall asleep while she's there. Her mom insists on talking with the priest and getting additional blessings every time so it just makes things even longer. "I don't want them to sack you and you lose your head as well as the ball", she says. Then, when she gets to the stadium, she has to spend 20 minutes in the car to convince her mom not to go to the locker room with her. Not only is it just weird, but Adriana suspects her mom has a huge crush on Lennox Garnett... which makes things even weirder. When she is alone in Philly, Adriana doesn't really have a routine. She gets up as late as possible on the morning of a game, eats breakfast quickly then gets to the stadium. She likes to call it freedom but deep down she misses having her mother around. Hardshaft is usually not an "early to rise" kind of guy. His game day mornings almost always consist of shaking off the night before. Rock is definitely enjoying the lifestyle that being a professional athlete is affording him. The money, the attention...the women...oooohh the women.
He does make sure to get some food in his body. Usually some form of eggs (over easy eggs are his preference) and a nice glass of orange juice. He likes to hit the gym for a light workout. Make the arms really pop for the cameras. Once he hits the locker room, it's one headphone in and just getting ready to go. Makes sure to powder up his undercarriage. He's not one for wearing anything under his game pants, so he has to protect against chafing. He always makes sure to have a Cherry Charm's Blow Pop in his mouth while prepping for the game. He doesn't really have any go-to pump up music. Just whatever he's been feeling lately. Hip hop is usually what you can find him going with though. His one superstition is the way he tapes his fingers. His right hand has his index and ring finger taped, while his left hand is his middle finger and pinky. He's done this as long as he can remember and has no intention of stopping this habit.

[div align=center][/div] Code: Written Option: It’s gameday. Professional athletes are known for their routines. Whether it’s the way you sleep/wake up, your pre-game meal, the way you drive to the stadium, or the music you listen to to get pumped up. Write about your player’s pre-game ritual and how it helps you. I definitely try to keep the same routine each gameday. It all starts with waking up around 10 a.m. and knocking the empty tequila bottles out of the way so I can turn off my alarm. This is immedietly followed by pounding two glasses of water and a handful of pills to fight the hangover. Luckily I live near a really great restaurant that knows me well, and they deliver a breakfast burrito to me around 11:30. After eating that, and figuring out if I'm going to boot or not, it is time to drive out to the stadium. In true Tijuana fashion I make sure to not follow any laws or street signs, I don't want to stand out and get mobbed by fans for autographs. As soon as I get to the stadium I stop by the cafeteria to load up on whatever food is provided that day, I definitely don't pass up free food and I need the fuel with all the tackles I'm expected to make. After that I head to the weight room to lightly ride an exercise bike to get the blood flowing in my legs. I throw music on my phone while I warm up, usually something fast and loud to help get me pumped up for the game. After my warm up I join my teammates in the locker room to get dressed and get ready for the game. Oh, and I also take five shots of tequila to get me loose before getting on the field. That's a major key. That way I can fly around and make tackles without thinking about my impending CTE and life in a wheelchair.
Chase Jensen is a unique guy which is something that you hear quite often about professional athletes. Everyone has their own quirks and rituals and Chase Jensen is no different. To start his day he gets up and has a Belgian waffle with strawberries and a protein shake. Then he takes a light jog to get the muscles working for the day. After his jog, he goes back to his home to get ready to leave for the stadium which includes taking a shower, getting dressed, and eating a sandwich. He then takes the bus to the stadium because he is a man of the people and loves to hang out and brighten the day of Palm Beach citizens. Then when he gets to the stadium he does a last minute film session to see what it is that he really needs to focus on for that game. Probably the most unique thing Chase does before every game is to go up to the nose bleed section of the stadium and pass out swag to the folks sitting in the cheap seats. They typically don't get a ton of love so he tries to make sure that everyone has a great time at the games.
