The current injury and inactivity of the Outlaws incumbent quarterback, the Outlaws future, and their playoff hopes, rest of Bronko’s unproven shoulders. The Outlaws have been a team rumored to be in the market for a free agent quarterback, if Bronko’s performance isn’t quite what the Outlaws suspected. As a spectator you get the sense everything may be falling apart for the Outlaws, especially as they have an upcoming match up against the surging and now also 5-3 Otters. Searching for a new Quarterback may prove to be their best option, as the Outlaws current 5-3 record puts them atop the ASFL standings, and ready to compete for the ultimate title this season. As an added bonus, the other available quarterback in Josh Bercovi currently hails from the gunslinger archetype, which should fit the style of play the Outlaws are looking for like a fingertip-less glove. They have fought their hardest in the first half of the season, and should be ready to battle the Otters for top standings in the ASFL in week 9. Looking forward, the pressure is sure to crank up on Outlaws leadership following a defeat to the rival Otters and for the first time this season, the Outlaws are being threatened to drop out of first place in the division.
