Before I start this article, massive, gigantic thank you's to Nokazoa for drawing up a logo for me (seriously, dude. You rock.) And I forgot to thank him last time, but huge thanks to Eco for making the task of porting everyone over into Madden slightly less torturous. Both you guys made this project just that little bit more fun, so thank you.
Welcome back everyone, to the Saskatoon Nobles! Thank you AdamS for the name suggestion, let's get right into it! For those of you who don't remember, the Madden game I am using is Madden 18. I am playing on All-Madden Simulation mode, to try and make the game as challenging as I can. I am playing with 6 minute quarters, injuries are off so that the team stays together (and because I don't want to be forced to pick up NFL players to fill holes), with all gameplay sliders being at their default. After several testing games for this team, I decided to use the Kansas City offensive playbook and the Seattle defensive playbook, as I felt they used the personnel this team has the best compared to the other playbooks that I have tried. With all of the gameplay stuff now out of the way, let's get into our week one game at home against the Raiders!

1:20 Left in the 1st - Snuggles bats away a pass intended for Amari Cooper, forcing the Raiders to punt for a second straight drive.
5:51 Left in the 2nd - Gump manages to take a swing pass out of the backfield 60 yards for a touchdown thanks to a pair of massive blocks by Olsen!

My Player of the Game: Forrest Gump
Gump played very well in his first NFL game and was a key passing option at several key points for Armstrong. He accounted for just over half of the offensive yards in this first game and half of the touchdowns. A very strong performance for him.
Well, that was the first game for the Nobles! I feel like this team can absolutely make it to the Superbowl, as long as the defense keeps stout and the offense keeps on churning. I'll probably do two games in the next post, I just didn't want this post to get too long. Thank you very much for reading, and have a nice night!
