Shit, now you've killed me, i was definitely not expecting that one. ????
Btw, just so that people don't buy into that, i have zero problem with you. Or anyone in HO personally. (That i know of)
I'm just not happy with the decisions that HO has been making as a whole. And where do you want me to complain? On some kind of secret channel on discord?

As a GM, I can say that this was a very little surprise. Portland consistently missed deadlines, and during the draft we had to implement a timer specifically for them due to how slow they were during the first 2 days of the offline draft. The amount of small things kept on adding up, and while I am sad it had to come this far, I am not at all surprised.

I know that, but if there's a thread created for a certain subject and i want to say/ask something about it, i'd rather do it there and have people answer, even if it's to tell me to piss off.

Not criticizing HO, but it definitely doesn't help that it looks that way to everyone on the outside. The fact that it seems like HO chose new GM's as replacements before notifying you of the forced resignation is extremely disrespectful to you both and everything you've done for the team.
In my experience of over a year and a half as a GM, HO has typically been extremely hesitant to remove anyone from a GM position (really any position, but just saying GM for now). Mostly for the reasons already evident here:
-we don't want to hurt anyone's feelings,
-people have an emotional connection with their GM,
-and anyone not a GM or HO will have an extremely hard time understanding (1) how low of a bar GMs really have to meet, and (2) how frequently the GMs were failing to perform their duties before they were removed.
-But perhaps most importantly, why would HO want to remove anyone from a job they are doing effectively given how hard it is to get people to fill jobs in the league? That would make no sense unless they weren't actually doing their job.
So, because of all that, GMs have typically had to mess up pretty badly and for a while in order to be removed. And by that point, most GMs don't have a problem removing that GM because its pretty evident. HO would hardly want to discourage the good GMs (generally HO's biggest supporters because they have a better idea of all the shit HO has to deal with) from doing their jobs by removing someone frivolously.
In fact, most of the time, I think HO waits too long to remove someone from their job for doing it ineffectively (or not at all). But that's just me.
And fwiw I have no problems with Toasty or Saba, I think they are great people.

Duly noted. I still feel things could've been dealt with differently. But you guys are the ones who suffered more with the problems.
