READY TO BE GRADED
I will be fielding any and all questions until the day of the draft. Ask away!
He is anyone that tries to keep me down, or doubted me. When I pick off a pass, I know the QB hate me. So.. he hate me. The WR probably hates me too, so he definitely hate me.
I think you can expect the same kind of player at the next level. Competition might be a little stiffer, but ultimately I don't shy away from anyone or anything and the faster the QB throws it my way, the faster it's getting returned for a TD
The S22 DBs have their work cut out for them. Vegeta, Frost, Myself, Scott, Murphy, Moreno, Quellers These names are going to be premier DBs in the NFL (sans Frost) I think the best piece of advise to follow in those footsteps is to have a clear picture of what kind of back you want to be and stick to it. That was actually uncharacteristically helpful advise on my part... don't expect it again.. I'm behaving because this is a presser... next question!
I think my first order of business for the new season is to get acclimated with my new teammates and just see what's expected of me in my rookie year. I've definitely been working out in the off season and I think that will carry over. I definitely think I want to aim for a few pick sixes, maybe get DBOTY or ROTY honors as well when all is said and done.
Favorite player in the league would be Rayne Gordan. He and I go back before football, I think with him being a WR and me being CB it's a little weird, but we drive each other to perform for sure. Prince Vegeta is quickly climbing my ranks of one of my favorite players as well as we really bonded during our time in the DSFL.
What's the career record? a few more than that.
The Wraiths definitely showed the most interest in my talents during pre-draft interviews. I felt like it would have been a great fit as well, but like I've been saying all along, PickSix isn't a 9OA payday player. So unless they made a move to trade up, I'm not holding out hope. I had good talks with OCO and Colorado as well. All of the teams reached out to me at one point or another, so I can see myself playing with one of those teams. However there is a player in the league that I will absolutely not share a locker room with and he's currently on the Hawks, but slated as a FA so that's one team where if they call my name, I will not be wearing their jeresy. That's nothing against the team or the owners or the GM or the fans. It's simply I do not wish to share my locker room with this individual .
Absolutely not, I don't want to be anyone's role model. I only care about two things, winning and my personal stats. If those two things line up, great. If they don't, I'll engineer a situation where they will. Forge your own path don't follow anyone else, that's a suckers bet right there.
The biggest lesson I learned is that you make your own destiny in this league. If things aren't working, there are ways to fix them. I chose an extreme path and luckily I had understanding GMs. But at the end of the day, it's the DSFL. Enjoy your season there, and when you get to the big leagues the following year, you'll learn why the name PickSix either strikes fear into the hearts of people, or why it's becoming despised around the league.
Minnesota did a pretty job quieting me down after the Ultimini for sure. It was a humbling loss, but the key to being a trash talker is that you're able to give props when they are due. I celebrated our impending victory a little too prematurely and it did come back to bite me after the loss. People were quick to point that out, and you just gotta tip your hat and eat some crow now and again. As far as any individual person quieting me? That hasn't happened yet, and it never will. The moment you're focused on me and not the team or your route or blocking assignment, I've already won.
Enjoy your time in the DSFL, with the 2 new expansion teams coming into play, it's an exciting time. Forge friendships if you are able with your teammates and others around the league, since you're all part of the same NSFL pool next year you might be teammates. For cornerbacks, it depends on what type of corner you want to be. Don't try to do too many things, be a master of one or two skills before branching out

You've made quite a name for yourself your rookie season. What can we expect from you at the next level?

Favorite player in the league?
How many pick sixes will you have in your career?

What wisdom do you have to share for DSFL rookies, especially cornerbacks?
