@Jiggly_333 has appealed his punishment here. The appeals committee (myself, @Bzerkap, @TomHanks, and @iamslm22 with @`woelker11` recusing himself) reviewed evidence provided by HO, Jiggly, and other parties and voted unanimously to uphold HO’s original punishment and ruling of tampering.
HO plainly instructed Jiggly to receive permission from GMs before talking to their players about the open GM and Co-GM positions, and we have evidence that Jiggly did talk with Muford about the position before he reached out to the Yeti GMs. We don’t believe Jiggly or anybody else involved intended to purposefully skirt the tampering rules and instead likely made an honest mistake, but by the letter of the law what they did was indeed tampering (especially since HO made it clear to Jiggly the expectations regarding the hiring process). As such, we uphold the initial ruling.
If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to myself or any of the other committee members.
