Welcome to this week´s TE TPE analysis
This week, we made some small improvements to the table and added another table. So, here's the updated intro:
With the NSFL draft approaching soon, tMuse and I took our time to analyse the TPE of the top players at TE, WR and RB of the S22 draft class and tried to put some numbers into perspective.
We looked at the player approval date, the total TPE, the date of the last update, the tier of equipment, their bank balance some minutes before posting this thread and the weekly TPE gain, which we divided into three sections. First the "Total Gain" in the table below is the official TPE gain with the update this week. The "Adjusted Gain" includes only the activities and tasks that could be claimed in this specific week. In the second table you can see which activities count for the "Adjusted Gain" this week, if the players did them and how many points they earned for each task. It doesn´t contain things that can be done in any week like equipment upgrade or wiki. It also doesn´t include things like predictions claimed for earlier weeks. All these gains are added in the column for "Other Gain".
Here is the first table sorted by total TPE:
In the first column you can see that the postions TPE-wise didn't change at all for TEs this week.
5 of the 6 best TEs updated this week with Daniel George as exception.
James Angler upgraded his equipment to the max tier and gained 5 additional TPE for it. Therefore the top 4 TEs of the class all have the best equip available for this season. Arrabiata and Von Hayes could still gain additional TPE by purchasing the best equipment.
The bank balance shows that it's unlikely for now, that these two players will upgrade their equip to tier 6, as they don't have enough money right now. Especially Von Hayes is pretty broke right now. On the other hand Daniel George and James Angler could afford the best eqipment next season directly at the start of the season. Heath Evans could do the same by going into debt, Jeffrey Phillips also needs to earn some more money before he could buy the top equip next season.
James Angler gained the most TPE with 21 and is now only 10 TPE behind third place Daniel George. He's also the only player with Other Gain with the equipment upgrade for 5 TPE.
The adjusted gains will be analysed below the second table. This one is sorted by the Adjusted Gain for this week:
The orange cells show which tasks weren't claimed this week. It's worth mentioning that some of these tasks may be done by the players and get claimed in the update next week for example.
This table shows that Philipps and Arrabiata claimed the most TPE this week with the weekly tasks. Heath Evans and James Angler are 2 and 3 points behind the leaders. Von Hayes only did the AC this week and Daniel George - as already mentioned - didn't update at all.
Jeffrey Phillips was the only player to do all tasks. Arrabiata, Evans and Angler all missed claiming one task. Because Angler was approved after the season start, he couldn't do the season predictions and therefore he did all tasks he could.
Overall, we can see that we had 4 very active players this week. The missing update of Daniel George is a bit surprising to me. Next week we'll see if Daniel George strikes back, otherwise he may fall on the draft board for the teams. Angler isn't many TPE behind him anymore and may become the third TE drafted after Phillips and Evans.
