Welcome to this week's RB TPE analysis
Intro:
With the start of the new season, tMuse and I decided to analyse the TPE of the S23 WR, RB, CB and LB this time round and tried to put some numbers into perspective.
Similar to last season, we looked at the total TPE, the date of the last update, the tier of equipment, their bank balance some minutes before posting this thread and the weekly TPE gain, which we divided into three sections. First the "Total Gain" in the table below is the official TPE gain with the update this week. The "Adjusted Gain" includes only the activities and tasks that could be claimed in this specific week. In the second table you can see which activities count for the "Adjusted Gain" this week, if the players did them and how many points they earned for each task. It doesn't contain things that can be done in any week like equipment upgrade or wiki. It also doesn't include things like predictions claimed for earlier weeks. All these gains are added in the column for "Other Gain".
As addition to our tables last season, this year we also include the tasks done this week and tasks done total for the whole season, as our analysis will be posted each week till the NSFL draft.
Here is the first table of our analysis sorted by total TPE:
The table shows that there were barely any movement at the positions. Ayers, Petrongolo and King are still clearly the tier 1 RBs. Jeffrey no longer shares place 4 with McZeal and Murphy overtook Ahoc-Machine to get to the eight place.
8 of the 10 RBs updated last week with Ahoc-Machine and Onfroy being inactive for longer and unlikely to come back. There were no equipment upgrades, but especially Back should have enough money to purchase tier 6 equipment. King doesn't have enough money to upgrade his equipment which would make him the top RB.
Jeffrey gaind the most total TPE with 15 coming from other gains, claiming TPE from tasks from last week. Skrills also gained 10 more TPE that way.
4 RBs did all tasks this week with 3 more just missing one. Petroingolo is still the only RB to do all tasks with Ayers, King and Skrills one task behind. McZeal missed two tasks, while Back already missed 3.
Next we'll take a closer look what tasks each RB did last week in the following table sorted by Adjusted Gains:
Petrongolo and King both gained 14 out of 15 possible TPE with both of them just missing 1 TPE from week 8 predictions. Ayers comes in at third place with 13 gained TPE followed by Back, McZeal and Jeffrey. With McZeal only getting 1 TPE from the double week predictions he's only in fifth place, although he did all tasks and Back missed to claim one prediction.
Unfortunately, there were only 4 tasks claimable this week, so there are no big differences here. Next week will be the last week of the analysis and there will be lots of TPE to claim, so it'll be interesting to see who can increase their draft stock for the upcoming NSFL draft.
That's it for week 3 of the RB analysis. If you have any questions or feedback for us, feel free to comment.
