As we near the beginning of Season 25 in the ISFL, the debut of our two brand new expansion teams is much anticipated. In the mean time, we can only speculate how well these teams with the data currently available to us. With the finalizing of their rosters, I decided to breakdown each team by the amount of TPE at each position. For this analysis, the 22 player active rosters for each team that was available in the TPE Tracker was used.
Quarterback
Advantage: Berlin +284 TPE
Players:
1. Nick Kaepercolin: 833 TPE
2. Sam Howitzer: 549 TPE
Takeaway:
Berlin’s quarterback has the obvious advantage over New York. Berlin will rely on their quarterback to make the flashy plays, while New York will rely on a more concerted team effort to gain offensive yardage.
Running Back
Advantage: Berlin +69 TPE (nice)
Players:
1. Ashley Owens: 679 TPE
2. Joseph Petrongolo: 596 TPE
3. Danny King: 382 TPE
4. Buster Bawls: 230 TPE
Takeaway:
The running back position is a close race between teams. Both teams appear to have partnered a veteran with a new(er) rookie to split their runs.
Wide Receiver
Advantage: New York +202 TPE
Players:
1. Jackson Kingston: 652 TPE
2. Sean Snyder: 639 TPE
3. Susan Cash Jr: 623 TPE
4. Dre Matthews: 446 TPE
5. Taylor Cooper: 327 TPE

Takeaway:
New York has the clear advantage over Berlin at the wide receiver position. This is part of the ‘concerted effort’ mentioned above that will help New York bolster their weaker quarterback.
Tight End
Advantage: New York +38 TPE
Players:
1. Leon McDavid: 963 TPE
2. Clark Boyd: 651 TPE
3. Cmon Skiuuup: 274 TPE

Offensive Line
Advantage: Berlin +356 TPE
Players:
1. Byron Dolls: 530 TPE

Players:
1. Mario VonPebbles: 744 TPE
2. Jayson Kearse: 661 TPE
3. Steco Ocewilder: 615 TPE

2. Claude Miller II: 659 TPE
