User: LatinViking
Color # in chart above: 11
Draft Year: S26
Position: Offensive Line
Name: Richard Littlewood
S25 Match: Adam Mellott
Cosine Similarity: 0.963
Other notable matches: Ninton Quelson (0.961), Marc Hamel (0.905)
Distinguishing attributes: High INT, High END, High BLK
Why it works:
Art - Our first offensive lineman in the S26 comparison pool is LatinViking’s Richard Littlewood. With a focus on intelligence, nearly 2 standard deviations above the mean for the S26 draft class a whole, Littlewood is one smart offensive lineman. That’s most likely a result of a technician archetype - emphasis on TPE spend looks to be in strength and endurance, putting him right in the middle of the pack for strength on other OL prospects and on the high end of endurance. Littlewood’s match is Adam Mellot who has 306 TPE as of the last update - so this is a great pairing for Littlewood in terms of activity - LatinViking has 166 TPE once they get updated after the DSFL draft. In terms of build similarity, a positive normalized value on endurance likely is the reason this cosine is so high - Mellott has differentiated on endurance compared to his fellow S25 offensive linesman (and the class as a whole with over 1 standard deviation above the mean).
Hordle - Without actually looking at the information, I am 90% sure that the S25 class is mostly made up for Athletic OL. So there will be at least two disconnects on archetypes in this article. One of them is Richard Littlewood, coming in as Technician OL. Strength high! Endurance high! Blocking, forget about it. Littlewood and Mellott are great gainers with a lot of similar stats. They’re build, like every ol, for one job and that’s to prevent the QB from getting smacked around. Both are active, both have similar stats and both are great gainers.
Why it doesn’t:
Art - Activity, check. TPE earning, check. Endurance, check. Honestly this is a very strong match out of the gate and a winner. If I was to nitpick (and I am since we need cash dollars), then while Mellott does have high intelligence versus the S25 class (almost 1 standard deviation above the mean), it doesn’t stand out from other S25 offensive linemen like Littlewood’s intelligence does - Littlewood is over 2 standard deviations from the mean, making it rare in the class as a whole, let alone for OL.
Hordle - The biggest miss is obviously the archetype. Same goal, different approach. But we’ll be seeing that quite a bit in this draft class. Like Art said, Littlewood’s intelligence is really high. There will be very few mistakes coming from this player. Other than that everything is pretty spot on.
What to watch for / build similarities:
Hordle - Richard Littlewood is a beast. Stats are high, TPE is one of the highest in the class. He’s got great blocking, great intelligence, great strength. He’s active in several discords and on the forums as is highlighted by his TPE gain. He’s done media which means he’ll be earning money. I definitely see him going high in the draft and he’ll make a difference no matter where he goes. Already having experience with the Royal and even winning the championship due to creating after the S25 draft point. Littlewood wants another taste of victory.
Art - Exactly what Hordle’s already said - Richard Littlewood is a stud and I’m excited to see where his career goes, both in the DSFL and ISFL. One of those that you know will turn out and you just want to see how high they fly. With one championship under the belt, you know he’s seeking the second.

User: Beaver
Color # in chart above: 8
Draft Year: S26
Position: Offensive Line
Name: Maiteers Rico-Shea
S25 Match: Ananda Adyan
Cosine Similarity: 0.975
Other notable matches: Hank Antilles (0.969), Chuck Roth (0.955)
Distinguishing attributes: High STR, High PBLK
Why it works:
Art - Next we have Beaver’s Maiteers Rico-Shea matched to TMosura’s Ananda Adyan from the S25 player cohort. With the highest strength in the S26 class, it makes sense that Rico-Shea gets matched to one of the stronger offensive linemen in the S25 class in Ananda Adyan. Rico-Shea also has high pass blocking in the S26 class, although Adyan has good pass blocking too that’s mostly to be expected - you’d be hard pressed to point out the few S25 offensive linemen without good blocking skills (its kinda needed in the position). In addition, TMosura is a high earner, and so is Beaver. So yeah, I’m happy with the match.
Hordle - Ananda is a pass blocker, I was expecting another athletic even more so when Maiteers is an athletic ol. Either way this matchup is pretty close. Art mentioned pass blocking and how Rico-Shea is very high. But I’m also going to point out their strength. Rico-Shea is rocking an 83 with Adyan being at 85. That’s ridiculously strong and I believe he is or is very close to the highest in this class.
Why it doesn’t:
Art - In pure normalized values, Rico-Shea is a good match for Adyan (right around 1.5 standard deviations above the mean in strength, for instance). But I think, specifically in strength, that discounts how much Rico-Shea stands out from other prospects in that category. Adyan is right in the middle in terms of normalized strength - all other S25 offensive linemen also have normalized strengths around one to two standard deviations above the mean. Rico-Shea, meanwhile, has the highest strength of any offensive linemen in the S26 class. All that said, this is a terrific match for a lot of reasons, so I continue my nitpicking.
Hordle - So I was right that Rico-Shea has the highest strength currently for S26 Oline. I’m actually kind of surprised that he didn’t match up with another athletic oline when there is a surplus of them in the S25 class. But regardless the other stats are pretty on point. I agree with Art that this match up isn’t highlighting Rico-Shea’s crazy strength.
What to watch for / build similarities:
Hordle - Rico-Shea is a recreate so expect activity and a good build. He knows the game and has been here before. His strength, like we’ve mentioned several times, is crazy high and is only gonna get higher. As it is the main focal point of his archetype, it’s no surprise to see it this high. I expect many pancakes and maybe even another record broken this season. Currently looking at Rico-Shea and Littlewood to be the biggest OL pickups of the draft.
Art - Yeah Rico-Shea is no stranger to this position as Beaver is an ISFL vet, so we can expect him to be making splashes in the DSFL. With all the TPE invested in strength, it's going to be fun to watch if Beaver continues focusing there or spreads the love a bit - and if it's the former, what does that look like on the field? Should we be getting the maple syrup ready? I will be.

User: Toast
Color # in chart above: 3
Draft Year: S26
Position: Offensive Line
Name: Byakuya Togami
S25 Match: Chuck Roth
Cosine Similarity: 0.978
Other notable matches: Medicinal Toblerone (0.924), Ananda Adyan (0.923)
Distinguishing attributes: High AGI
Why it works:
Art - Moving on, we get to Toast’s Byakuya Togami, which is both fun to type and requires double checking to make sure I’ve got it right. Separating Togami from the pack is their emphasis on agility - it's actually above the mean agility for the class, which stands out when all other S26 prospects are around one standard deviation below the mean. So a standout attribute, in other words. They’ve been matched to Chuck Roth - perhaps unsurprisingly the only S25 offensive lineman above the mean in agility for the S25 class. It's a match made in perfect, quick moving, side to side, dancing heaven. Congrats maths.
Hordle - And here we go, Athletic vs Athletic. Got to say I’m jealous, I wanted to match with Chuck so I could harass him some more. I’m actually surprised to see that Chuck has such high agility but that would make sense why the two match up. Plus their strengths, while having a little bit of difference, are high and getting higher. This is a pretty straight forward and correct match up. Also not surprising to see Toblerone being a close second match up for Toast.
Why it doesn’t:
Art - Honestly, in terms of build it's a pretty good match. Both with good strength, low but positive intelligence, good blocking. And obviously the differentiator agility. So we’ve got to move past the build, potentially and look at activity and renown. That gives us some separation - zeagle is super active and a high earner. While Toast is also earning at a good pace, by a look at the update page, the post count on the forums isn’t quite as high as his matches. I mean it's not much, but there’s some separation.
Hordle - Archetype matched. Strength close. Agility matched. I don’t think there is a “this doesn’t” work for this one. Toast could have matched with any of the three listed above and I believe that agility is anchored with this matchup.
What to watch for / build similarities:
Hordle - Toast is looking pretty good. May not be at the top of gains at the moment but that can change. I’ve seen him around in several discords, all of which involve someone commenting on his PFP and saying it’s amazing/adorabe. Which frankly it is. Seems like a good guy and a good pick up.
Art - Hordle’s got it - Toast is active and around, and that’s all you really need at the moment. Looking forward to seeing where he ends up and how his season goes.
Also Hordle - Chuck’s a dirty traitor. He knows why. Not only is he an Eagles fan which really is unforgivable. But he’s also a traitor. >.>

User: AJay887
Color # in chart above: 7
Draft Year: S26
Position: Offensive Line
Name: Laxus Dreyar
S25 Match: Connor Quigley
Cosine Similarity: 0.948
Other notable matches: Clay Stallworth (0.941), Marc Hamel (0.947)
Distinguishing attributes: High TCK, High PBLK
Why it works:
Art - Next we have AJay887’s Laxus Dreyar matched to WhatAmUs’s Connor Quigley. Man, as an aside, there are a lot of active offensive linemen in this draft class. Checking all these update pages and everyone’s earning TPE, even if not overly posting a lot of new threads on the forums (guess we don’t all post 20 part DSFL prospect breakdown articles Hordle). Anyway, moving onto AJay887 and his Laxus Dreyar who has separated with a surprisingly high tackling and (less surprisingly) high pass blocking. A Technician archetype, Dreyar’s almost a full standard deviation above the mean in tackling - and considering that Littlewood is not, that means some TPE was spent there. Interesting decisions - but he’s also tied for the highest pass blocking, so there’s some normality in the build as well. His match, Connor Quigley, did not share this tackling interest, but otherwise matches well along the other key attributes - specifically in intelligence and pass-blocking. Not a perfect match, but I think Dreyar is so unique there’s not going to be one.
Hordle - Another technician for this class against Connor’s run blocker. The activity from the oline front has been fantastic to see. The tackling confuses me but I’ll talk more about that later. Connors archetype is focused on run blocking, who would have guessed, and the two match up pretty well with blocking on both fronts. Connor is currently even with both of his while Laxus is currently going for a more pass focused route. Either way this is a very close match up.
Why it doesn’t:
Art - Yeah without a S25 offensive lineman who’s invested in tackling form, there’s not going to be a great match to my ‘differentiator-first’ mind. That said, that’s not how the maths work so I shouldn’t get caught up in differentiators. But I can’t really get over that difference, so I’m sticking to my guns that these builds don’t really fit all that great - sure they share pass blocking, but so does every OL in every class.
Hordle - The tackling is weird, I can understand the idea to throw some in there. But really not until you have blocking and strength higher. I’m also a little surprised that this is the only time we’ve seen Stallworth’s name on here. Either way I think the two match up with minor differences between them.
What to watch for / build similarities:
Hordle - I don’t get the tackling. Like maybe a last update throws away some TPE late into a career? But I currently don’t understand. Maybe he’s got some secret plan to line up on both sides of the ball. Regardless of what his secret plan is. He’s active on the forums and I have seen him on a few discords. Not a bad pick up either way.
Art - Definitely. And TPE is redistributable I think, so it's not a final decision. Plus hey I like unique builds and clearly Ajay is thinking outside of the box on this player - so let’s see what comes next!

User: Hordle
Color # in chart above: 1
Draft Year: S26
Position: Offensive Line
Name: Alexander Franklin
S25 Match: Adam Mellott
Cosine Similarity: 0.971
Other notable matches: Ninton Quelson (0.970), Marc Hamel (0.956)
Distinguishing attributes: High INT, High BLK, High END
Why it works:
Art - So apparently there’s a user named Hordle around here? Who’s an OL? Anyone heard of this guy? I can’t even be bothered to check his update page, but I guess I have to. [click, click]. 112 TPE earned? What is this guy just a quiet secret earner? Guess I’ll look at discord. He’s in every LR and like never shutting up? Man, okay, but there’s no way he’s active on the forums and earning cash. What’s that? He’s posted like a million words on Every. Single. Damn. Prospect. Yeah, guess this guy isn’t a bust. And, he’s paired to fellow not-a-bust Adam Mellot who we met earlier in this article. And as per the last time, this is from a high endurance - separating Alexander Franklin from all his peers at the position as a differentiator. It's the key to the match, but the high intelligence and blocking doesn’t hurt either - tied for second highest run-blocking, a differentiator in the OL prospects for blocking. Yeah, this is the real deal and like Mellot, Franklin is a draft gem.
Hordle - I’m not really gonna talk about myself cause it’s just something I don’t do. But I will say that the match up makes sense. Littlewood is also a technician and we have a similar idea on what we want to do and how we want to do it. We matched up with the same person for a reason.
Why it doesn’t:
Art - Well, not to throw my man Hordle under the bus, but have you seen GuiterMaster116’s graphics? That is some serious talent - and Hordle’s well … it’s an A for effort. I’m just kidding of course. In actuality the reason this comparison will break down over time is the different archetypes - Alexander Franklin as a Technician and Adam Mellott as an athletic offensive line. But for activity, initial builds, and TPE earning this is a match.
What to watch for / build similarities:
Hordle - BUST BUST BUST BUST BUST BUST
Art - Yeah what he said. But actually Hordle is going to be a stud in this league and a first rounder in every draft he’s in. I’d like to smack any GM who doesn’t have this guy in their top 3 for this upcoming DSFL draft as he’s gonna boost the activity of any team he’s on. I mean if he can convince me to write 18,863 words and counting about DSFL prospects when I just signed on for maths, he can do anything.
Also Hordle - Money is a great motivator...

Draft Year: S26
Position: Offensive Line
Name: Jack Cobb
S25 Match: Marlon Alexander
Cosine Similarity: 0.961
Other notable matches: Medicinal Toblerone (0.952), Ananda Adyan (0.943)
Distinguishing attributes: High SPD, High RBLK
Why it works:
Art - And we’ve reached the last of our offensive linemen prospects for S26. It’s jgcobb79’s Jack Cobb … guess that’s the originator of the user name … who’s matched to platanocat’s Marlon Alexander. Already feeling bad for poor Cobb, but we’ll move on. With high speed compared to other offensive linemen (being only a third of a standard deviation below the mean is high for OL) and the highest run-blocking of any S26 offensive lineman, Cobb is built for screen plays at least from the looks of it. Marlon Alexander doesn’t have standout speed or run-blocking (both just right around the middle of the S25 OL pack). Looking at other attributes and … yeah I don’t really see the match here, how about you Hordle?
Hordle - Interesting that these two got matched, I wonder if Jack is going for the same strategy that Marlon did with disappearing for a few months. Got an archetype match up here. The two have very similar blocking stats. Marlon has the higher strength and intelligence but the two have a lot of similarity.
Why it doesn’t:
Art - So it's pretty clear why this match doesn’t fit - Cobb stands out for speed and run-blocking, and while Marlon Alexander has good run-blocking (and pass-blocking), it's not something that differentiates him from other S25 offensive linemen. Marlon’s differentiated more from pure strength, and a pretty even build. Medicinal Toblerone is a much better match due to Toblerone’s differentiating speed, in my opinion at least.
What to watch for / build similarities:
Art - Unfortunate to end with a potential IA, but that’s what we’ve got with poor Cobb. Otherwise I’d be interested to see how he continues to develop what could be a screen play speciality OL - but now it's hoping he logs again after we haven’t seen him since September 7th. With only 2 posts - his creation and a comment on his creation thread, this isn’t looking hopeful.
Hordle - It is very unfortunate that we end on an IA. Hopefully they come back and get caught up. This is the end of the OL article however and I’m gonna use it to remind you once again that Oline is the best line. Hopefully Cobb will come back and tear it up with some screenplay expertise.
BIG THICK MEATY MEN FIGHTING AGAINST OTHER BIG THICK MEATY MEN! OHLINE BEST LINE AND DON’T YOU FORGET IT!!!!

Color # in chart above: 6
