Halloween is Jim The Vampires favorite Holiday. It is the one day a year he can truly be himself no matter where he goes at night and truly be himself. Teeth out with pride Jim The Vampire casually strolls though whatever town he winds up in while hunting down the swindling bastard Laszlo Cravensworth. Three Hundred Sixty-four days a year Jim The Vampire relentlessly hunts down the man with the blue jeans who fled town all those years ago without paying his debt to the honest and honorable Jim the Vampire. But on Hallows Eve Jim lets loose and enjoys himself. It is basically a feast as entire crowds of people love his vampire costume even if they think it's odd that he wore it for the entire week leading up to halloween. Everyone is so kind and joyous that they don't even notice the out of date manner of speak that Jim The Vampire is so often rudely criticized for. Of course by the time they realize that Jim is not just playing along on these human holiday games it is too late. Their blood has already been drained. The first game of november is always one of the best games of the season for Jim The Vampire.
During this Halloween season, Ryan Negs enjoys trick or treating more than anything. Every year he goes as a sheet ghost because that’s what his father gave him every single year and he has a picture every year he has worn it, almost as if it were a family tradition. When trick or treating, Negs favorite thing to do when trick or treating is the bowls people put out! Even though Ryan Negs is a football player, he loves his candy. He always chooses his favorite snacks out of the bowl but always leaves some for kids. His favorites are Twix and Kit Kat’s. After he’s done trick or treating, he goes back to his house and grabs his choccy milk and plays some old school RuneScape to pass the time. Every Halloween, he hangs his sheet ghost costume on his special hook for the next year. Typically he stays up late since they always have the day after off. Nothing beats laying in bed eating candy just having a great time. Occasionally, Negs will have his parents over on Halloween to celebrate like they used to, but usually he just gets some of his friends together to go with him. Everyone can’t resist candy.
Alejandro Chainbreaker has always spent his Halloween alone. For a holiday thats so reliant on traveling from house to house with costumes on it was always a nonstarter for his father's security that he would go out for trick-or-treating even with some sort of security detail. However for a life with constant socializing with people decided by others Alejandro has always wanted to spend the holiday alone. Part of his father's carrer has been purchasing hostage insurance for himself and his family. One part of that insurance policy is that Alejandro got wilderness survival training. Peeling off into the Wilderness alone and with no destination, Alejandro found in him a wanderlust that spread into his life whenever he played football, or soccer for that matter. Learning to read not just where you should go but where you want to go isn't something you can teach into someone's instincts, it is something that must be grown into someone. Out in nature and the mountains is where Alejandro has made his biggest decisions but on Halloween, He just relaxes that part of his brain and just does his most to simply stay "here". But the thoughts of whats next creep into the edges in everything in his life, Alejandro Chainbreaker must figure where his future in football leads. A step back, Maybe the better fit was As a strong safety this whole time. Everything always depended on circumstances and opportunities after all. After this season of football with the grey ducks Alejandro would be entering Free agency and those circumstances and opportunities would be changing quite rapidly.
Harley Fank throughout his childhood religiously followed pretty much every Halloween tradition. Between the pumpkin carving, dressing up, and the plentiful amounts of free candy there was really nothing that stopped it from becoming his favorite holiday. And even as he grew up, he still followed many of his traditions with his parents. Though this year the ISFL rookie isn't exactly sure of his plans for the upcoming holiday season. In the previous year while Fank was still in the DSFL, Fank and quite a few of his fellow teammates in Norfolk all attended a sorta team party, though Fank would be the first to tell you the entire event was just a disaster. Regardless, Fank still expected and prepared to join a similar event with the Silverbacks. Confoundingly though, it seems there's no actual planned event set up, and none of his teammates either have any actual plans for a party. And while in reality, everything about that is absolutely true, that doesn't stop Fank from becoming extremely suspicious and passive aggressive towards his teammates. Fank has already been known to be extremely passive aggressive with his teammates so this was nothing to be surprised about. And in the end, Fank's plans for Halloween will likely end up be crazily stalking his teammates while wearing some random Grim Reaper costume.
Big Slammu is about to celebrate Halloween. He decided to go all the way back to Jackson, Wyoming for his now annual, Shark Themed Halloween Charity Bash. Of course it’s Halloween so the prizes will be lots of yummy candy. How do you win? Well, Big Slammu along with his half shark brothers judge participants shark themed outfits. Participants crowd the Jackson Community Center gym with their costumes and parade in front of their half shark judges, the Street Sharks. Scores are given on a scale out of 10, as participants try to be as “shark”ey as possible. Would they look as good as actual street sharks like Big Slammu and the rest? No, but the point is to have fun. The gymnasium fills up as seemingly the entirety of Jackson have bought their tickets and crowded inside the loud and boisterous gym interior. All ticket proceeds go to the Jackson Health Center, and to a number of charity organizations aimed at helping the less fortunate of the Jacson community. This year, a little girl dressed up in her scariest (but cutest) attempt at Big Slammu in football gear has won the day. She’ll be getting first taste of the new Street Shark chocolate bars under the kit kat company. We hope she likes it!
As it's Halloween time (well more like just after Halloween as I write this), I had another fun time of relaxing and taking it easy during this year unlike normal due to certain global events. For this year, instead of going out to trick or treat in an anime costume, I decided to stay in and watch some college football games during my downtime! For the rare occurrence of Halloween being on a Saturday, I had a great blast watching the college football games as there were some upsets that greatly impacted and shook up the college football playoff race. However, most importantly, I watched my alma mater, the Florida Gators, take on a divisional opponent after not practicing for a while. Despite not practicing for a few weeks, I had hope that the Gators would come out with more focus and improved play. To my great delight, the team proved me right as they dominated the opponent and won by over 4 touchdowns, helping resume their dream for the playoffs. So, while this year was clearly abnormal and weird given the circumstances, I still managed to have some fun by watching my alma mater dominate and give a spook to all opponents who dare to play against them and us!
The Orange County Otters are a team that love partying and celebrating a ton, given the Halloween has finally happening over the course of the weekend this year, the team decided to go all out. Vegeta decided to also go out this season, deciding to dress up as Joker from the Batman trilogy, I think it was Batman, the Dark Knight to be specific. He loved the painting his face and going all out and celebrating as the Joker all night. He obviously drank a lot and eventually had his makeup smeared all over his face as the red lipstick went way off his lips and the white on his face started drying off and cracking on his face. He was not a very pretty sight at the end of the day but all that mattered was the fact that he had a great night. He loved doing the dougie that night (If you get the reference I love you) and going out and enjoying himself
