"Hello everyone, I'm Dale Murphy and I am here to talk about the third round pick of the New Orleans Second Line in this ISFL Draft. Why the third round pick? Well Jonathan Shuffleboard is mee, so you of course want to hear all about mee.
So what should I tell all you people about my recent meeting with Jonathan? Well, I am pretty sure he is committed to some extra work this season. He seemed to slack off a little bit last season over in Mexico. He will be heading back there soon, so I can not know if this is a New Orleans only plan or is he will be able to keep this up throughout a season or two across the border in Mexico.
From a stats perspective, Shuffleboard had a solid season from the Strong Safety position. He played in 13 games after being signed in Tijuana, averaging 3 tackles a game. He got one interception and two sacks. We expect those numbers to go up as his playing time rises to new heights. If he is able to stay committed to the extra work he wants to put it, Shuffleboard can have a big season on a personal level.
The Lunchadores as a team may struggle. They lost their entire defensive backfield, and were unable to replace them. There offense is young also due to departures, but their defense is barren.
Signing off,
Dale Murphy."
