DSFL got the 'Development' in its name for a reason. Not only it is a place where we let our newer players develop, but also it is a place where we let new users develop into various professions like GMs, sim testers, scouts and many others. I know for a fact that I have came a long way from the confused newbie who had entered this league for the first time back in February 2020, mainly thanks to the opportunity provided by DSFL.
So that's why I have decided to step down as the GM of Dallas Birddogs after this ultimus, and let someone else take the reign. While I had tremendously enjoyed being the GM for this wonderful franchise (the best in DSFL imo), I also want other guys to experience he same thing I have enjoyed. I will be handing over the Birddogs to @Kyamprac who will step up as GM in my stead, and @r0tzbua who will fill in the role as our new Co-GM. I believe in those to do a better job as GM than I did, and thus I will happily step back to the roles of ex-GM, while enjoying my full rookie mentor perms.
Thank you @Kyle @gucci and @iStegosauruz for drafting me, giving me the opportunity to be a war room member and later a GM, and overall shaping me up as the player and user that I am now. I probably would've gone IA somewhere in February 2020 if it wasn't for you guys.
And thank you Dallas war room for putting up with me through this ride, and always giving the best advices. Yall are truly the best.
Also thanks to my fellow DSFL GMs and DSFL HO for making my tenure a lot easier, and giving me a great experience at the management chat.
My 3 seasons as a GM was such a wild ride, with both highs and lows. But I never regretted becoming a GM for I had amazing collegues and the best teammates around me. Thank you all for the last time, and I hope Kya and r0tz find more success than me. The era of robot GM in Dallas is finally over.
