Notes:
-Stats are shown on a per team, per game basis
-Penalties are significantly higher in the new sim. ISFL is actually still lower than NFL numbers, but DSFL is much higher. I don't have the new sim and know nothing of the mechanics, but could something be done with reworking that Role Model trait free or easier to get to reduce penalties?
-Home field advantage is a non-factor now? Obviously it wasn't in the NFL this season either, but this was unique circumstances with no/minimal fans. Historically, home field advantage in the NFL is about 57%.
-Teams are throwing much more often in both leagues, even though efficiency hasn't improved all that much
-New sim rushing numbers are basically exactly in line with the NFL. That includes fumbles, which have more than doubled.
-For the individual performers table, since there are differences in the number of games, the numbers actually based on average per game stats (i.e. I didn't actually calculate it based on 4000 yards passing total, but 250 yards per game)
-With the increase in passing, almost every ISFL quarterback is on pace for 4000 yards. The only one that isn't, is surprisingly last year's passing yardage leader Mike Boss Jr.
-The number of players on pace for 100+ tackles has decreased, which may also be related to the decrease in rushing.
-The biggest surprise to me was the huge increase in players on pace for 10+ sacks (in the ISFL at least, its actually down in the DSFL). Again, passing attempts have increased, and sack % has as well, but still - only 12 players reached 10 sacks last season (with a high of 12), while 29 have 5 or more at the halfway point in S27, and I wouldn't be surprised to see one or more players reach 20 total.
