The DSFL culture is nice and fun for a season, but the gameplay in the new sim is unbearable for the DSFL. Hopefully the penalty change will help..

Just from being in Portland alone over the last year, I've seen us like quadruple the number of capped players we have for a season, if not more. The way the DSFL cap works makes it a lot easier for teams to have big ups and downs usually, but Portland has been able to pick up a lot of steam by stimulating activity and keeping around semi active players that would usually have solid ISFL careers as role players but can no longer compete with the oversaturated rosters. Even if we expanded to 18 rn, this Portland roster would still be one I'd be psyched to have in S23.
