Duck:
Sebster: Hey! First of all, welcome to the San Jose SaberCats! I'm interviewing all the new Cats and was wondering if I could ask you a couple questions?
Duck: Yh.
S: My guy, thank you! What's got you excited about the San Jose Sabercats?
D: California is my favorite state.
S: Great answer, we all love the sunshine and beaches out here. What do you think you can bring to the Sabercats as a player and as a locker room member?
D: I am #1 I can carry the team on my back. I’ll bring 8 straight super bowls to San Jose.
S: Love the confidence! GOAT mentality like my good friend Mr. Brady. What is your prediction for the Sabercats record this year?
D: However many games there are-0. We don’t lose in San Jose.
S: Sweeping the whole season to make it perfect would be a great precursor to Duck hitting the big time, that would be insane. What do you hope to accomplish in the DSFL while you are there and eventually in the ISFL after you are called up?
D: Back to back to back to back to back mvps. Yeah I’m shooting low.
S: Dang man, at least let one of the other Sabercats have a turn with some hardware! Where do you see yourself in 5 seasons?
D: Playing football for Sabercats.
S: Great plan, we love loyalty around here. Can you give me a fun fact about your player?
D: Duck Awntop really means duck on top, because there is no one better than me.
S: Haha I didn't even think about it that way, that's awesome. Last question but probably the most important. Does pineapple belong on pizza?
D: No. Fat no.
S: Fat no! Glad we think alike. Well that's all I have for you, welcome to the Sabercats!
Urq:
Sebster: Hey! First of all, welcome to the San Jose SaberCats! I'm interviewing all the new Cats and was wondering if I could ask you a couple questions?
Urq: Hey, thanks very much! And sure, fire away
S: My man, thanks a ton! What's got you excited about the San Jose Sabercats?
U: I’m in an SHL LR with Madden and I have heard nothing but good things about the people involved here. The main thing I was hoping for from being drafted was a good LR and honestly, it’s really great here. I also love the branding of the team, it’s really clean and just looks awesome.
S: Yeah we really pride ourselves on the LR culture here in San Jose, good to hear you've been enjoying it! What do you think you can bring to the Sabercats as a player and as a locker room member?
U: Well, I ended up being IA for most of my rookie season, so I realise I’m a bit behind TPE-wise, but I’m determined to be at least a useful depth option, by the time I come up. And I think I can be an active part of the LR for sure.
S: That's great, we are always looking for new and active members. What is your prediction for the Sabercats record this year?
U: The only way is up, I reckon 8-8 minimum.
S: Minimum! I like the way you think. What do you hope to accomplish in the DSFL while you are there and eventually in the ISFL after you are called up?
U: I’m under no illusions, I have some catching up to do, but I want to at least be a useful player for my teams.
S: Glad to hear you have a plan, we can't wait to get you on the field in San Jose!
Panda:
Sebster: Hey! First of all, welcome to the San Jose SaberCats! I'm interviewing all the new Cats and was wondering if I could ask you a couple questions?
Panda: Sure! How’s it going?
S: I'm doing fine, can't complain! What's got you excited about the San Jose Sabercats?
P: Excited to be with new teammates, and including some old teammates. I also am excited to have a chance to start in the ISFL at QB. It is a difficult opportunity that is difficult to come by.
S: For sure! You've definitely got your work cut out for you. What do you think you can bring to the Sabercats as a player and as a locker room member?
P: As a player I can bring in some fun into the locker room! I enjoy talking to teammates and participating in team activities whether it be games or gambling. I will also provide encouragement and cheer to my teammates! I want the best for them. As a user, I can bring in war room, general manager and league experience because of my various roles that I was a part of.
S: That's awesome to hear about all your experience in the league, sounds like you will be a great locker room presence in San Jose! What is your prediction for the Sabercats record this year?
P: Hmmm, it is hard to say. I think the Sabercats could win 8 to 10 games but the division has stiff competition. I am going to say 9-7 and squeak into the playoffs!
S: Love the optimism, it would be great to squeeze into the playoffs! What do you hope to accomplish in the DSFL while you are there and eventually in the ISFL after you are called up?
P: For the DSFL, I want to win an Ultimini and MVP! I'm trying to be the best QB and I have to shoot high. Same with the ISFL but a sprinkle of HoF.
S: Great aspirations for a great QB right there. Where do you see yourself in 5 seasons?
P: Ohhh. 5 seasons from now. I want to be an ISFL starter that is competing for an Ultimus. With that said I at least want to have one DSFL MVP and an Ultimini under my belt.
S: Love it man you sound like you're hungry and ready to get going. Can you give me a fun fact about your player?
P: Fun fact: McKyle is the son of the great Kyle, the DE from Austin.
S: Oh a legacy player that’s cool! I only have one more question but it is probably the most important, does pineapple belong on pizza?
P: Hell nah. I’m from Chicago, that’s a sin here.
S: You're a good man Panda and that answer just confirms it. Welcome to San Jose and I look forward to picking you off in practice sometime soon!
