Woof Woof(Hello my name is Zephyr and this is my story. I was born in the forestland of Calgary Canada with my brother Nikai and sister Alawa. As we grew up I knew something was different about me. Most notable was how large I got. I was 4ft tall and 100 lbs before my 12th moon cycle. I towered over my siblings and soon became the alpha of our pack. By my 20th moon cycle I was 5.5ft tall and 200 lbs. I felt out of place around my fellow wolves. Then one day it all changed.)
Woof Bark(We were living on what humans call a nature preserve with my pack. Humans would come around from time to time and give us food and watch us. It was a sweet gig. One night a couple of humans showed up with a 5-armed alien and some kind of robot fish. They lead me to what was referred to as “the truck” and once inside the beast roared in anger and started moving. I assumed my captors had abducted this beast as well and were now forcing it to be a mount. My concerns didn’t last long as they started to feed me and really that’s all I want. During the trip the human explained that his name was Makrus, and he had adopted me. He had a piece of paper that confirmed he had made a donation to the nature preserve and had symbolically adopted me. I know humans think we don’t understand them or read their language, but we do. I even speak human but don’t care enough to do it. This human went on to say how worried he was when I hadn’t arrived, so he went to pick me up. At this time, I realized the human was probably not the quickest deer in the herd. I thought about just eating these creatures and being done with it but I decided to see where this went and it sure got weirder from here.)
Bark Bark(We arrived at what I assume is the humans den. It was a tall stone structure much larger than dens I was familiar with. I thought if this human has such a large den he must be pretty important. Once inside the den there was a smaller tunnel that went upward once we were inside. This was a strange feeling but the tunnel eventually stopped and opened with a ding noise. We were inside a large area that smelled of the human Makrus. Naturally I decided to lay claim to this new den and began to mark off some territory for myself. After exploring I found a clear barrier that kept me from the large overlook. I was able to push it open and the fresh air was nice. The overlook even has a small pond I can swim or drink from. My favorite spot is the “sofa” which is both soft and chewable. I decided not to maul my new human. Besides I think he needs me. I haven’t seen him hunt a single time since i got here. I bring home all kinds of prey for us to eat. He doesn’t usually eat with me but he shares his “pizza” while I eat whatever I caught during our morning walk. My favorite is “no not that” I’m not sure what type of animal it is but they all seem to look different. While eating my human watches moving reflections that seem to come from his wall. Reflections like “air bud” and “Goon”. Did I mention this is about to get weird because here is the weird part.)
Howllllll(My human gets the idea to teach me to play “Hockey” like he does. After training for many moon cycles, I decided I didn’t want to play yet. Sticks are for chewing not for chasing a “puck” which tastes terrible. While wondering what I should do in my free time the reflection wall showed us “Air Bud: Golden Receiver”. I was instantly drawn to the purge carnage of “Football”. My human took me to a training camp, and I began to learn how to play. I learned some hard rules like no going for throats or removing opponents’ limbs. I’m still working on the second one. While the reflection of the dog playing football said no where in the rules does it say a dog can’t play football in actuality the rules were pretty clear that nonhumans couldn’t play. I was disappointed, after training for hockey in a league that accepted animal players being rejected from football was unexpected. Then I found the ISFL where some animals already played, and I was welcomed. Now I am here to start my career and be the best boy..i mean greatest player of all time, or just maul some humans.)
