GM pass
Q 12. Choose a team or player to write about that isn’t your own. What did they do well in the last season? Have they shown any drastic improvements from previous years? What could they do better?
A. When I read this question, I immediately thought of two teams. The first being the Baltimore Hawks. This season was a big step forward for them, even though they finished the season last place in the NSFC. I think the QB play with new addition Jaroppolo Jr. really took them to the next level, and I'm extremely excited to see how much money I can make off them on season wins next year. The other team I thought of is the complete opposite of Baltimore, and has been for the last few seasons. I am of course talking about the Arizona Outlaws. What has been so intriguing about Arizona is their consistent success. Since season 24, they have never placed lower than 2nd in the ASFC. In that same timespan, they only missed the playoffs once (season 26). I believe we are in the middle of a run not unlike the classic Orange County teams. The key difference being that those Otters teams won Ultimus titles, where this currently successful Outlaw run has only garnered 2 playoff wins and 0 Ultimus appearances. This year, the Outlaws looked more than dominant in the regular season, and if the sim didn't sim, I think we would have seen the first undefeated team in ISFL history. We have yet to see them in the playoffs this season, where a rematch with the defending champs await. I don't know what the problem is, and why the sim has seemed to have it out against the best performing regular season team in recent memory. This season feels different though. I don't know if anybody else is such an index hound like I am, but I do have a few stats that show just how dominant Arizona has been this season. They are first in the league in points scored, points against, total offensive yards, rushing yards, and rush defense. They are first in the conference in passing yards (4th in the league), and first in the conference in defensive yards allowed (2nd in the league. Out of the 8 categories available on the team page in the index, the Outlaws lead the ASFC in 7, and the entire ISFL in 5. The only negative mark on their record is their middle of the pack pass defense, which is clearly still serviceable. They couldn't have gotten to those team numbers without some great individual performances. QB Charlemagne Cortez leads the league in passer rating (113.1) and threw for the 4th highest yards (4872) on the 2nd lowest amount of attempts (549). He was helped by his supporting cast, including Taro Raimon and Darren Pama both catching 14 touchdowns. On the defensive side, star cornerback Rich Triplet lead the league in passes defended with 39, and DT Pete Miller hit double digits TFL, one of 2 players to do that this season. You can't talk about this team without talking about the absolute KOTY in Cade York. I am excited to see if the Outlaws make it past the Silverbacks and finally see their potential realized as Ultimus champions. (512 Words) 28. Choose one existing award. Tell us why you think a certain player should win that award this season. Stats, or anything else possible should be used to support your case. A. No player this year should come close to KOTY other than Cade York of the Arizona Outlaws. He accounted for 139 points scored, the second highest out of all kickers (Second to Jacob Smalls from Sarasota with 146). He absolutely benefitted from the extremely potent Arizona Offense, which allowed him to lead the league in point-afters attempted. He attempted 67 PAT's, with the second closest being 50 (also Jacob Smalls). Oh, did I mention he also made 100% of the extra points he attempted? Cause he did. In total, he kicked the ball through the uprights on 96.8% of the times he kicked the ball at all this season, making 100% of his extra points and 88.9% of his field goal attempts. Of the 3 kicks he missed all season, none of them were under 36 yards. The most automatic weapon we've seen at kicker in a while has given the Outlaws a truly gluttonous amount of dangerous players. I think we'll see the most Outlaws in awards for this season, including Triplet for CBOTY, Pama for WROTY, and Cortez for QBOTY and MVP. But on most of those I can see arguments for other players. Not KOTY. I'll be the first to congratulate Cade York for winning the s30 Kicker Of The Year. (214 Words) 31. The World Football Association was established last season and is currently playing out for the first time. What do you think about the WFC as a whole and how it has been shaping out. Do you think it will end up a success? A. I think the WFC is a fantastic idea, and I think I have made it very clear that it's my dream to lead a team of my own to the WFC championships one day. I have yet to see a game played, or see any news about teams playing, but I am extremely excited. Bayley did a phenomenal job at thinking about all of the possibilities and I would bet money that there was a ton of prep that went into this before we knew about it. Now, the question of whether or not this will be successful is a different story. It depends on how you measure success, and I think it kind of follows my definition of success for the ISFL. The ISFL is successful because it has continually grown larger and retained interest. The success of the WFC, in my eyes, will be decided once it's officially over. How long did it last, what caused it to end. How many people strived to be great WFC players/teams/leaders, and how long did it take for that to happen. I think it is a phenomenal idea, and it has given me something in the league that I want to make my own, and make it great. So, well done Bayley and HO for introducing an new element into the league 30 seasons in, especially one that doesn't drag. I can't wait to see it play out. (239 Words)
2. With this being my last UW in awhile since I will be getting a pass, I thought what a better way to use this as my UW more than anything. With that being said, I will be going over the S27 DSFL and S28 ISFL draft as they are integral to what got me to where I am and how I used those as a “chip on my shoulder” so to speak.
When I first signed up for the league, I was so excited to be part of something like this. This is exactly what I was looking for and I knew I wanted to do whatever it took to be part of a good group of people on a united front on a sim football league. When I was looking over the positions, I noticed not many chose OL, and I wanted to play at a position where I would get plenty of playing time. And from there, I would be out in the ISFL world. However, I wasn’t sure how to go about that as I was a fairly shy person and never joined the rookie Discord, which was where apparently all the cool people were at. I had no idea but kept earning to the best of my ability and I enjoyed hearing from pretty much every DSFL team. I was really looking forward to the draft as I thought as a max earner even being an OL, that I would get selected fairly high. As draft pick after draft pick came through, I realized that I may have overshot my expectations and should have expected to be on the lower end because of it. With the 42nd pick, the Tijuana Luchadores selected me. While I was happy to be selected, I was not happy about how far down I was picked. But in the end, it became a blessing in disguise. I was able to help the Luchadores on being flexible but also having one of the best drafts that season. It would later be regarded as a steal as a lot of the other players ahead of me did not do much or became IA. I would surpass players like Andrew Warthol, Kelvin Harris, and Prof. Godfrey Gravity. I knew that if I focused on being part of this league and helped it grow, that I would be looked very highly upon in the ISFL draft that was coming up. And that’s what I did. I was able to become DSFL Sim Head during my rookie year. And once that happened, it was just a domino effect when I kept applying for jobs and assisted with the development of the league. With that, the ISFL Draft was around the corner. In the days leading up to the draft, I had a much better feeling about when I was going to be picked. Baltimore was looking to draft me with the 15th pick if I was available, which gave me hope that I could be a first-round pick. Yellowknife had me as one of their finalists in their scouting reports and NOLA had big interest with Mith being part of Tijuana. I’m sure that if I position switched, I could have been selected higher, but to me this was about being a high impact player and user while being a position where it was not popular whatsoever. Once the ISFL draft rolled around, I was paying attention more than ever. Baltimore with their 1OA and 2OA were locked with Luke Quick and Busch Goose, who are both top earners and big users in the league. OCO selecting Anton Bruckner with the 3OA pick was sort of a shocker, but made sense as well. Great new user and max earning as well. 4OA would go to Xaiver Walls who was also a great player and a big need for the Liberty. 5OA would be my fellow co-worker in PPT (Pib) and that was a solid selection for the Outlaws. Here is where the cutoff is. Mongo would be selected at 6OA to the Silverbacks, and it looked like an amazing pick, but has failed to earn as of late. New York could have looked at me, but hindsight is 20/20. At 7OA, SJS took my Tijuana teammate Juno Hu. I think it was a solid selection as they needed a CB. At 8OA, the Wraiths selected Andrew Warthol. This pick is interesting as I know he was an amazing user, but went IA shortly after. The Firesalamanders would select Troy Abed with the 9OA pick. Who was a great pick in my mind and is a great earner. With the 10OA pick, the Butchers selected Dexter Hall, who has been earning well. The Yeti would draft Manhattan Project with the 11OA pick who recently switched to OL. Hahalua would then select Gravity with the 12OA pick, who was mentioned earlier. And with the 13OA pick, New Orleans picked their start OL. Of the 12 picks ahead of me, only 3 have earned more TPE than I have. I think the results speak for themselves.
16. This task is exclusive to recreate/non-recreate rookies of the S31 class and later. The season is over and the draft is coming up. What do you bring to a team, and why should a team choose to take a chance on you next season?
2.5 Watching on the big tv, Raskolnikov is waiting for his chance to get on the big field and prove himself to everyone else. While he isn't just sitting waiting for his name to be called, a big few weeks are coming up depending on how well the Minnesota Grey Ducks do. The draft is coming and Raskolnikov wants to increase his stock value. While not the most impressive rookie numbers for an offensive threat in the DSFL, Raskolnikov has done a pretty decent job considering the position on the totem pole in the stacked Minnesota Offense. Two of the top 6 receiving yards in the league go to the two WRs of Minnesota of Malone and Sharpei Jr. But Raskolnikov finished with an okay stat line himself as he played all 14 games, caught 51 passes for 775 yards and 6 touchdowns. And was top 10 with his other 2 receivers in average yards per catch. The Grey Ducks have flown by the season, only losing one game, and are looking to repeat their title win. This time Raskolnikov is hoping to be a part, and help secure his first championship. “I feel like if I have that on my background the draft stock will definitely shoot up a little, especially if I ball out”. 18. Written option - which teammate of yours is the ultimate team player and why? How does this person exhibit selflessness and put the team first? Are they a great locker room presence who encourages others? Do they play an important but unappreciated role on the team which doesn't receive much recognition for awards? Graphic Option: Create a graphic of your player with your teammate who exhibits a team-friendly attitude. 2.5 For me this question is easy. Kazimir Oles Jr is a stud all around. He can play like a god-tier QB, and off the field, he is the nicest person around. He is the ultimate team player. He is very active and sociable in the locker room, always talking and chatting it up, trying to pump us up to get better or just lighten up the mood. As a QB he gets the spotlight a lot but he is grounded and allows us to get the stage and tries to move the spotlights on us. Kazimir Oles Jr has done a great job at pushing the rookies to keep up with the training and work as hard as they can to get better. Raskolnikov has had someone on one session for hours after practice to get the extra reps, and each time Kazimir Oles Jr has been down with it. For a player of his stature, he has been great all around, and a fantastic person to talk to. He is a great player and even better person, if every team had 5 of these types of players, the league would be unstoppable. Kazimir Oles Jr is the guy I would love to play with each week. 27. What team do you think has the best branding in the league? What team do you think could use a refresh? Why? In speaking of ISFL specifically, there are 2 that stand out as in need of a rebranding. First being New Orleans Second Line, there is nothing wrong with the history and the name per se. But the colors definitely stand out for me, not in the good way. Plus the second line name, well… It feels like the team is always second for everything. I remember when they first came to be, a long time ago, and even back then no one was really happy about the team's decision to brand as such. The second team I would think to rebrand is the Chicago Butchers, this team brand feels very left field. Sticks out and is just spooky. No scary stuff for me. Two of the best in my opinion are the classic Colorado Yeti, the color scheme and the name are fantastic. The second one being the Orange County Otters, which are cute and the branding is crisp. There are reasons that these 2 OG teams haven't had much to change. Looking at DSFL, the two I think would need a rebrands are Buccaneers and Birddogs, I am not a big fan of their color scheme and their logos are a bit of a mess. 31. The World Football Association was established last season and is currently playing out for the first time. What do you think about the WFC as a whole and how it has been shaping out. Do you think it will end up a success? I can’t say for sure it will become a huge success, as I am a horrible judge of character (just look up at the past answer about rebranding…). But I do think it is a great idea and gives another outlet for people to watch their players play and have fun in. The idea that one now can represent either their own country or their players is a fun way to really have a tournament outside of one's ISFL or DSFL team. SHL does the same thing with IIHF and WJC, and while not many really care about it, there are others that watch and try to hype it up. It is also nice to see your player represent a country. I think it should be a blast moving forward, and it will be great to see how it develops. For instance, will we see a WJC for ISFL? Maybe for just players that are playing in the DSFL? The only concern I have seen is the placement of players and nations. As geographically it doesn't really tie in with some nations. THis is a breath of fresh air, and I am not going to complain in the slightest, and I am going to root for it.

Code: 24. If you could create a team using any active players in the league, what would that team look like? Would you build a group of all-stars to contend in the next Ultimus, or a team full of jokesters for the fun of it? Describe the roster and why you chose the players you did. QB: @negs Ryan Negs - Philadelphia Liberty Best GM I've ever had (also the only). He'd throw plenty of picks, but I love this dude, so we're sticking with him at QB. RB: @TeyonSchavari Captain Rodgers - New York Silverbacks Teyon is awesome in a locker room setting, produces media, and kicks ass on the field. Who else would I pick here? WR: @Sonaclov French Fries - Norfolk Seawolves My best friend on the team and an absolute STUD for the 'Wolves. Fries would keep the locker room light and provide a big spark on the field. WR: @Net Jaycee Higgins - Kansas City Coyotes Another young, electric playmaker, Higgins has had a great rookie campaign for KC and would help us get the locker room absolutely POPPING. TE: @"Gbeck765" Sal Ami - Honolulu Hahalua A stud tight end and former Seawolf, Ami is a great dude, easy to chat with, and a steady and measured LR presence. OL: @CalvinGolladay Calvin Golladay - Arizona Outlaws A beast on the line and super personable guy, CG is an easy addition to the squad. OL: @SirBongo Clifford Wilson - Norfolk Seawolves (Colorado Yeti) The new DSFL record holder for pancakes in a season, it wouldn't be a proper O-Line without the Bongonator! OL: @zaynzk Bob Roberts - New York Silverbacks Zane is another user who seems to be all over the place, is great to chat with, and would do a great job on the field. DE: @Skindog44 Ioe Torrent - Dallas Birddogs (Austin Copperheads) King of the DSFL podcast, Ioe has great insight into player personnel and led the DSFL in sacks this year! DE: @captjanko Morpheus Czargyros - Minnesota Grey Ducks Janko is another user in my class that has been tearing it up on the field and is super easy to get along with. DT: @Tesla Magnus Rikiya - Colorado Yeti What can I say about Tesla that hasn't been said before. What an absolute gem of a user and human being! Rikiya would anchor our D-line. LB: @SchwarzNarr Melvin Murder-Moose - Colorado Yeti Moose would be delivering big hits from the LB position for us, and Schwarz would be an invaluable asset in all matters of team management, as well as helping create an amazing locker room environment. LB: @IsaStarcrossed Adelie de Pengu - Colorado Yeti Pengu is another player who would do a great job for us on the field, but is arguably even more valuable in team management and locker room vibes. Isa always has a story to tell or insight to give! LB: @Jimi64 Jimi DeSoto - Philadelphia Liberty Jimi is yet another great LB who I'd love to have on my team, and is the laid back, joking type of user who is perfect for the locker room! S: @MMFLEX Miles Weperom - Honolulu Hahalua Weperom, the former 1oa pick, would deliver the hits from safety and provide yet another leadership figure in this stacked LR. S: @Michiganonymous Spike Daniels - Norfolk Seawolves Another one of my favorite teammates, Spike has been progressing in his game as his TPE rises, and I feel he'd make a great impact in the secondary for us. CB: @HasumiKi Hououin Kyouma - Norfolk Seawolves (Chicago Butchers) Zeph! An incredible player and user, Kyouma is the perfect ingredient for a great locker room, bringing comedy, positivity, and experience to this squad, which is young at several positions. CB: @woelkers Cedric Wilkins II - London Royals Woelkers is one of the legendary users in this league, and has been simply amazing to interact with and learn from. Don't get it twisted; Wilkins would get it done on the field as well, and we all know that TPE is heading up quickly. K/P: @jackalewis229 Jack Lewis - Norfolk Seawolves/DSFL Prospect Despite joining as a waiver-wire addition, Lewis did a terrific job for Norfolk down the stretch last season. A very positive and upbeat LR member, I had to go with him for our K/P spot. (648 words - 2.5 TPE) Code: 20. Make a scouting report for any of the ISFL or DSFL draftees. Show their stats, abilities, TPE, or highlights. Written or graphic option available. A quick look at his stats shows us exactly why: after converting from OL to WR, Fries posted season totals of 96 receptions for 1596 yards and 8 touchdowns, while boasting an impressive 16.6 yards per catch average. Arguably his most explosive game came against a tough Tijuana defense in Week 13, where he tallied 8 catches for 179 yards and a score. Finally, looking at his TPE breakdown, the French Freak has an update pending which will bring his total to 232, just 18 away from the DSFL cap following his first season. His 87 speed, 81 agility, and 70 hands make for a deadly combination for this pass catcher, and I have no doubt that he will continue to max earn in the seasons to come and be a huge attribute for his ISFL team sooner than later. In the meantime, ask anyone in Norfolk what kind of an impact he has had on our team, and you'll surely understand. So, what are you waiting for?! Get in this guy's DMs, put him on your big boards, and draft this mans! (272 words - 2.5 TPE) Code: 7. This task is exclusive to non-recreate rookies of the S31 class and later. In 400 words or more, how has your experience been in the league? Who have you met that has made your time here more fun, friendly, and exciting? Have you been satisfied with your player’s early start? What was it like being drafted for the first time? Do you have any comments or suggestions for the entire league that you think should be implemented? As far as my performance on the field goes, it has had its ups and downs. I'm pleased to have set the 'new sim' record for tackles in a season, routinely getting double-digit tackles in games, but found myself always wanting to make more high impact plays. I want to continue to build my player into someone who forces fumbles, gets to the QB, and is a threat to make some picks and take them to the house. I am hopeful that I will get at least one more season in the DSFL, and that I can start making more of those big plays and help my team to a surprise playoff run. Thinking back to the draft, and as I've said before, I was unbelievably excited to go to Norfolk, and I thought they absolutely nailed the draft with the other rookies they brought in. That has only rang more true as we have gone through the season, and I've connected with my teammates, we've rallied together, and we have an unbeatable team spirit and pride. I am so thankful to Negs and everyone in the war room for putting their faith in me, and I can only hope that I have repaid that faith (and will continue to work hard to do so). As far as suggestions for the league go...honestly, while things aren't perfect, for the most part we need to keep doing what we are doing. This is a fantastic league with many committed, friendly, and fantastic users. Let's just make sure those are the users we are putting in leadership positions. This league needs to be about fun and maintaining an welcoming environment first and foremost, and I think we need to make sure we don't lose focus on that. Thank you to everyone who has had a positive impact on me thus far and help to make the league what it is! (421 words - 5 TPE)

17. Your team has announced that they will be laying ground on a new stadium next season. What additions would you like to see included in it. No graphics option available here.
Our stadium next year only need a few things included to be one of the best stadiums in the league. First and foremost, a good variety of local, domestic, and imported beers at reasonable prices. We need our fans to be loud, be need them to be energized, we need them to engaged. Give them some beer at a decent price and your sure to have the crowd roaring every home game. To tag along with this, also have reasonably priced snacks and food for the people. You want the people drunk, but not overboard drunk. Keep them fed and you’ll decrease the amount of brawls that break out. Second, you need one of those big round full circle tv screens like the Rams/Chargers have. Get one of the and ensure everyone gets a great view of the action. Third, and I know this one is a stretch. But we need to include a strip club or at least a few stripper poles around the stadium. Hire some of the cheerleaders or backup cheerleaders to dance on those poles every game and watch stadium attendance soar. What can be better than getting a lap dance while you watch your favorite team score a touchdown in person against their biggest rival? And finally, and this is the most important, you have to include a couple of those kick-ass pools like the Buccaneers have. Put a few of those around and charge the fans extra to enjoy the game while partying in the pool. We’ll be making money hand over fist! 19. If your player had a show starring them, what would the plot be? Graphic Option: Create the cover art for your player’s show If my player had a show starring them, the name of it would have to be either “The Real King of the Hill” or “The King of Arlen.” My player actually used to be an actor on a show called “King of the Hill” that ended a few years ago. Throughout the show, it is evident that my player is portrayed in a less than favorable light. He is seen as the ugliest, laziest, fattest, dirtiest person in their group of four friends, and frankly that is unfair to Bill who is in my humble opinion, the most caring and genuine person in the entire series. I think Bill is due for a spin-off show that follows Bill’s life, including his new rejuvenated football career. I think Bill was the most misunderstood character in the show and I think Bill having his own show would be even better than the original show. Sure Bill isn’t perfect, and having this new show could give Bill a shot at redemption with the other show not really giving Bill any positive outlooks on his otherwise depressing life. Bill deserves a chance to show everyone that he is more than the depressed, lazy crybaby that he is portrayed as. The show would include members of the old cast, his three main friends of course Hank, Dale, and Boomhauer. But I would also introduce many new characters such as my teammates and coach. By the end of the show, I truly believe Bill could come across as the happiest, most athletic, and most confident member of the group as his development in the DSFL and ISFL continues. 25. Imagine your current position was not available to be picked when you created your player. What other position would you have picked, and why? If the linebacker position is not available when I get called up to the big leagues, I think my player would actually not have a problem with that. Bill’s natural position is on the defensive line, either as an end or a tackle. Bill was an absolute monster on the defensive side of the ball and he is used to going up against the biggest player on the opposing team. Luckily though, if neither the DE or DT position were also unavailable, Bill could also be played as a fullback or even as a Jerome Bertie type running back. This was Bill’s position in high school also during special circumstances. Anytime the team needed just a yard or two for a first down or touchdown, the team called upon the Billdozer to push the ball far enough to get jus what they needed. He was an animal with the ball in his hands as he couldn’t be taken down even with several players on him trying to bring him down. Bill was so good at his job that he set a touchdown record at his high school that still stands until this day. Bill didn’t even play during his senior year of high school due to his enlistment in the US Army, so you can imagine how unstoppable William Fontaine de La Tour Dauterive was on the football field. So even if it happens that Bill needs to make a position change, I think he will have no problems adjusting to the new position. 26. Football is a game that has been going on for a while, loved by fans all over. But what if you were able to make some rule changes? Talk us through your new version of football, and what would be different and why? If I could make just one change to this beautiful game of football that we all love so much, it would have to be the drug testing policy. Specifically the policy regarding marijuana use. It is known the use of marijuana throughout the players in the NFL is prominent. Many players use it both recreationally and for medical purposes, especially helping with stress and as a painkiller. Although the benefits of marijuana have been widely publicized, the league still holds a strict stance against its use. And unfortunately as fans of the NFL we have been cheated out of watching some of the most exciting players in the history of the NFL due to its strict enforcement. Players like Ricky Williams and Josh Gordon have had their careers disrupted and I think it is completely unfair. Substance abuse and marijuana use are completely different things and to group them together with the same punishments is shocking. I think it is time the the NFL reverse their stance on marijuana use especially because so many of the players use it and have to worry about being suspended due to having traces of THC in their urine. It does not provide a any physical advantage and can help players when dealing with pain or mental issues they may be having. Hopefully we see some major changes happen soon because the fans want to see Josh Gordon play to their fullest potential without worry of being suspended again without pay.
“My name is Dauterive comma Bill, I am also insane.”

No graphics option available here.ok hear me out here, i think i really have a great idea for the the new stadium next season, for whoever team that draft me next season really gonna think about what idea i have for the stadium. First let's make the ceiling of the stadium can close and open, just like Mercedes Benz Stadium, so we can close it if there is to hot and open it if we play at night so we can see the moonlight. Ok second, how about adding big videotron and don't forget dolby sound ahahha. ok Third adding some religious place, so every religion can pray when they are attending the game, and not just for fans, but for the player also. ok fourth how about adding more toilet? and do not forget the toilet for the handicap also, aaaa and do not forget the ramp for wheelchair also, and a section special for handicap right? ok last how about we add museum? i think almost all of the ISFL and DSFL team stadiums do not have any museum, all i can see is only official store and a little museum in the store, how about a big museum so we can recall what the team earn since the time the team born, and maybe helping the new fans to know more about the team right? Menurut saya World Football Championships akan berakhir sukses 32. SHL Affiliate

I think teams should draft my player verryyyy highly due to multiple reasons. I'm a high to max earner, playing a position with quite a high need for the DSFL. Multiple teams will require a new franchise quarterback heading into the coming season and I'm here to fill that hole. I bring a big locker room presence to any locker room I've been in and I think it'd be safe to assume that I'll fit in quite well into most locker rooms in this league. I generally spam a lot in locker rooms I am in, even though unfortunately due to being Euro I haven't been able to watch games live anymoreanymore, however I still love to talk about the games, especially now with a new position that my dot will finally do things again. Certain teams recently in the DSFL have been quite held back by lackluster qb play( not gonna point out any names) and I'm their salvation. Teams should wanna draft my player if they want to win ~ I think teams don't really have to take a chance on me since drafting me is no gamble and most certainly one of the best decisions ull ever make. Guaranteed for sure. 204 word 17. So my team right now are the tijuana luchadores, and while I got picked up late as a waiver and never saw any playing time (as was expected and totally ok) I still have some very important ideas for their new arena. So obviously the first thing u notice when you walked into their old stadium was the clear absence of a taco stand. Given, they had 13 taco stands in the stadium complex, but the fact alone that there are point in the arena from where you cannot even see the next taco stand is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed going forward with their new stadium. Another issue was drinks, like I personally don't even see the point of offering anything but margharitas but if you have anything else, at least offer some Mexican beer for the kids, they obviously shouldn't be drinking margaritas( disclaimer: neither should kids drink beer) . In my opinion, attendance in full luchadores costume should award you with some kind of discount for tacos and margaritas, loyalty and brand awareness need to be rewarded. Some half time entertainment involving famous Mexican actors is also something that should be desired since everyone loves mexicooooo. Viva mexico 202 words 21. Three seasons into the new sim it already feels like a bunch more. Personally I was super excited for the switch to the new sim, and one of the main reasons I was looking forward to it so much was the end of simming. But unfortunately, and while I'm not completely in the loop right now, I think it turned out that simming is still a thing, it just got a bit more complicated. Kinda sucks. Another point that is unfortunately worse about the new sim is game time. While it may not be a big deal for americanos, for us euros it makes alrdy hard to watch live games almost impossible, I don't think I've watched more than 1 simmed game live sadly. It however is awesome for watching your dot do things on the field, and while it takes some time to get used to following the quick action of the new sim, it rewards u with some nice ball throwing animations. I think it's one of the better experience upgrades especially for offense dots but also defensive dots get some cool visuals out of it. All in all I think the switch to the new sim was a good thing. 203 words 19. Well first of all, my player already has a very successful TV show in Germany. Bernd das brot is a hugely famous piece of bread. His show is often described as melancholic, sad, grumpy, German. He is a one man show entertaining mostly kids with his pessimistic takes in life during the after hours of a children's channel. That said, if Bernd was to branch out now given his future successful football career, he surely would be the star of his own football television show. I think it would go a little bit something like this: Due to his giant hands that do make him the de facto future star and prototype for all qbs i think the hands would be the main focus of the show. He would do all kinds of things that aren't possible with regular hands, johnny Knoxville would come on to the show and get slapped by Bernds giant hand as a bit for jackass 6. Guy fieri would come into the show and bake the world's largest pizza with Bernd just casually making the bread with 1 hand slinging it through the air. All in all its just a big variety show with some minor emphasis on football. 204 words

The team this season that most represented the "Sim gonna sim" life was the Colorado Yeti. Despite having a plus 47 point differential on the season (good for 5th best point differential in the league), the Yeti finished with an even record of 8 wins and 8 losses (good for only 8th best in the league). This disparity between point differential and final record was due to a staggering 7 losses by 7 points or less (the final loss was by only 10 points as well) in contrast with the 4 wins by the Yeti by a total of 7 points or less. Close games aren't necessarily uncommon, but to go 4-7 in games decided by a touchdown or less (36% for you math nerds out there) is just bad luck, or as we say in the ISFL, Sim gonna sim. Part of why that record is so bad is that certain key players got simmed real hard this year for apparently no reason, like QB Mattathias Caliban, the literal top player in TPE at the beginning of the season (for the record he is now the second place TPE player behind Sam Howitzer) who had arguably his worst season in the ISFL this year. He was disgraced by the sheer audacity of the sim to drop him to his second lowest passing yards total (lowest since his first season), his lowest completion percentage ever, second highest interception total (just one behind his first season), and lowest passer rating of his career (also the second lowest passer rating for the whole ISFL in Season 30, beating out only George O'Donnell of the Chicago Butchers). For a player of Caliban's pedigree that's just downright disrespectful what the sim did. Another Yeti player to be done dirty by the sim this year was kicker Lux Opal. While only a second year player, Opal took a serious hit in accuracy and distance despite being a higher TPE player than last year. For instance, Lux's first miss this year fell at 30 to 39 yard range, despite not missing anything under 40 yards out the previous year. Additionally the overall field goal percentage dropped from 85 to 79, not huge but significant, especially when considering the higher amount of distance attempts last year with an additional three attempts past 40 yards last year. The distance and deep accuracy also suffered, dropping from a long of 55 yards to just 50 with the same amount of 50 plus yard attempts, and a deep accuracy drop from 70% down to 65% from distance. Again not a huge drop, but not expected from an improving player. In addition to that, the Yeti also suffered a loss from from the opponent getting the last score in the fourth quarter in 3 of the 7 losses in their one score games Had the defense been able to hold and not allow those final scores, presumably the Yeti win those games (there would be one where the game would go to overtime) and end with a much better record of 11 wins and 5 losses, which would get them the second seed in the NSFC and a playoff spot. But Alcott, you say, wouldn't that happen to any team that winds up in so many one score games? I'm glad you asked my sweet, little friend. Let's take a look at the other side of the coin when the Sim comes around to sim things up. The Austin Copperheads wound up with quite the season, ending with an impressive record of 11 wins and just 5 losses, which is even more incredible considering they only had a +16 point differential. In the games they played, 13 ended in with a point differential of 7 or less, and in those games the Copperheads went an incredible 10 and 3 (an incredible 77% win rate, I still got you math boys and girls). So not only did the Copperheads end more games with a one score difference, but they won those games at over two times the rate that the Yeti did from our "bad sim" example. |
