Questions:
What is it like being a quarterback?
It’s harder then it looks most people just look at them as a guy who just throws a ball but deep down there is way more to it then just that, yes throwing a ball is part but you also need to be Abel to spiral it instead of it just flying through the sky, u need to know when you throw it high, low or even how far to lead the receiver. Along side from just throwing a ball it’s all about decision making, you gotta scan the play books and know how to read a defence when they set up, but also if there’s no passing options you make the choice to throw it out of Of play for a down or take a risk and run it.
What have you done to prepare for the draft?
To prepare I’ve just been keeping my arm warm and making sure I keep my options open to where I go, there’s no team in mind at the moment that is forsure giving me signs of we will take you so it’s a mystery and I love it, just gotta stay positive make sure I’m ready and improving everyday to be the best I can be.
What is the strongest part of your game?
It has to be my decision making i always like to think one play ahead of the defence and try and read how they are setup
QB looks like a harder position to break into. What do you see as giving you a competitive edge?
I have the passion and determination to become the best QB in the league all I need is a team to give me a chance and I will show them and the league what I’m made of
How did you get into football - at what age and why?
I started young very young and got a passion after I played catch with my family a lot then had school tryouts and I went and gained a love for the game
How does a Toucan learn to play football?
I am a very special bird if you give me a fruit loop I gain skills in everything I try
Are fruit loops your favorite cereal?
There’s only one answer and that’s absolutely!!
What would you like teams to know about you before the draft? That Im a young aspiring player I just need a chance
Aside from Toucan Sam, which cereal mascot would be the best at football?
Has to be Tony the Tiger he’s a monster at hockey and other sports but I got him beat all day in football
