I took over as co-GM of the Honolulu Hahalua a few seasons ago with some specific goals in mind. Standing here today, I can safely say that I accomplished those goals and was a part of some important milestones in Honolulu's history. Obviously, one can always wish that the standings were different here and there, but, overall, I'm proud of what I accomplished. Therefore, I am effectively stepping down as co-GM of Honolulu to make room for new improvements, new goals, and milestones to be realized. All a leader can ever hope for is that they leave their post better off than when they entered it. I can only hope I did right by my teammates by doing that.
To the Honolulu War Room: Our successes are because of you. Our shortcomings are because of me. Thank you for making me look good sometimes.
To Players, past and present: Thank you for giving Honolulu and myself the greatest gift of all - your time.
My replacement is someone who I had hoped would rise up as a leader for us eventually, so I am elated that I get to watch him shine. Please welcome @MMFLEX as the next Co-GM of the Honolulu Hahalua.
