*grade it up*
Taking any and all questions about my performance in the Prospect Bowl, my first time in a sim league, my favorite pasta or anything else you can think of. Fire away!
From @Pat
There have been rumors that you were born Deshawn Rigatoni, but changed your name when Big Pasta paid you to try and increase brand recognition for another tubed pasta. Any comments?
No further comments on these allegations at this time.
What are your top five pasta cuts and/or shapes, in order?
Number 1 is penne obviously, then cavatappi, spaghetti, macaroni, lasagna. Penne is perfect though so it's in a tier of it's own.
Do you have a good sauce recipe? Can you share it?
Not specifically a sauce, but more of a full meal recipe for Tuscan Chicken. The sauce/topping is basically sun dried tomato oil, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, heavy cream, spinach, and parmesan. It's so good.
If you were forced to eat only one pasta dish for the rest of your life, what would it be?
See above, I've made the dish with both spaghetti and penne. Clearly I prefer it with penne, but it's also very good with thin spaghetti.
Okay fine enough pasta talk. What made you decide to create as a Tight End?
I felt like tight end would suit me in my first sim league because being a skill position player and getting some of those receiving stats would keep me more interested than being like a OL or DL or something like that. At the same time, I figure my first go around the bigger skill position spots like WR or RB are probably pretty competitive with veterans that know what they are doing. Additionally, I think if I would've stuck with football past the age of like 7 or 8 I would've ended up as a tight end.
Is there any certain player (retired or active) in the real world that you hope to model your player after?
I put Darren Waller as my render and as my picture on my wiki page, I love his story and his game and I end up drafting him a lot in fantasy. I'm not necessarily aiming to make my player's attributes match Waller or any other tight end, but I would say he is my favorite.
Is there anything you think we could tweak or change to enhance the new user experience?
I think it is pretty good as is, the only thing that I have found daunting is jumping into the regular weekly TPE tasks since they revolve around having some context of the league/teams/players already and a completely new player is basically just blank to all that. On the other hand, the whole process of creating a new player and the rookie tasks to get a start on TPE and $ are pretty well set up.

Where do u reckon you will land in the Draft?
I'm really not sure. I've had fun talking to and joining the discords of the teams that have reached out to me thus far. I think I'll end up being drafted in the mid to late rounds due to being a new player in the league and starting out a little slow in TPE.
What is more important to you: Receiving TDs or Pancakes and a TD for the RB?
I'm a highly skilled ball catching machine, so gimme those touchdowns. But I will still get hype creating rushing lanes for my RB because winning > scoring touchdowns alone.

Why do you love Doug?
Doug is God's gift to mankind, it is impossible to not love the omniscient and ever present Douglas Norfolk.
How did you manage an elite line of 3 catches 69 yards, and 3 touchdowns.
Unfortunately I caught 2 more passes that game so my line at the end of the game wasn't quite as nice as the mid game line. That said, elite players make elite plays and put up elite lines. It's as simple as that.
Why should you go round 1?
See previous answer, nicest tight end in the draft.

What do you bring to the table that no other prospect in your class does?
My love for pasta and my culinary skills. You can read more in my wiki, but I put my culinary career on hold to pursue football. I will probably be opening an Italian restaurant in the city where I love the most during my career when I retire.
What do you want your reputation to be in this league?
I want to be known as one of the most productive tight ends to ever do it while I was active. Also, I want to be known as the pasta guy.
