Figured it was about time to hang up the cleats.
I don't want to bounce around teams as a substitute piece and I want to have my history with teams Howlett played for cemented with the decisions I made. Did a quick look up on the statistics I managed to rack up in my career.
Receptions: 728
Yards: 9527
Avg: 13.08
Touchdowns: 50
Still the greatest WR year by a mile is still held by Howlett with the following statline:
Receptions: 102
Yards: 1646
Avg: 16.1
Touchdowns: 11
Accolades:
1 x Ultimini Champion.
1 x DSFL Pro Bowl Selection
1 x Wide Receiver of the Year.
1 x ISFL Offensive Rookie of the Year.
1 x Wide Receiver of the Year.
2 x ISFL Pro Bowl Selection.
Some nominations for other awards but can't find them.
Fantastic career for my first go if I do say so myself.
Ofcourse I have a lot of people to thank for helping me achieve the above and as well as enjoy my time playing. Firstly to @Ben for introducing me back in 2017 but flat ignoring him and then re finding it during lockdown in 2020, chea brotha. Secondly to @Jay_Doctor & @FleshBagSoup for welcoming me into the Tijuana locker and helping me get accustomed to the league. Thanks to @RussDrivesTheBus for making my first scouting experience so memorable. @Kyle for being a fellow Kyle. Thanks to @slothfacekilla, @SwankyPants31, @mithrandir & @Tonzy for some goated DSFL season leadership teams, some of the best banter and collectibles as well. @AL_GRINGO, @Pat, @Kotasa, @GuitarMaster116, @CalvinGolladay, @Bigred1580, @deadlunatic, @JPach, @nunccoepi, @Sutj & @Daybe thanks for providing one of the best locker room experiences I have experienced since starting. @Dewalt27 for the opportunity to have my monster ISFL rookie season and providing great fantasy advice. @Starboy for facilitating my monster rookie season. @the grading team (too many to list but thanks for all the advice you guys give and tips and tricks, allowed me to discover a hidden passion within me x). @Amidships & @Kyle (reluctantly again) for taking me into their scales and finding me a nice space to finish my career in as well as a bonus @Tonzy again for being an absolute bro throughout ISFL and DSFL.
Thanks guys and I know I have absolutely forgot some people so apologies in advance.
