Some days I don't care about the weather like I once did. I used to wake up and open my blinds and look at the clouds, or on some days, just the sky. I always admired the weather, for it had a unique quality of changing very easily and very quickly, something I enjoyed seeing. I talk about this to relate back to my first ever football game. I was 14 years old and was scared shitless by the Wide Reciever that was standing across from me. Despite having about 6 practices under my belt, and being a freshman who had never touched a football before about 3.5 weeks ago, I was starting against the best receiver in my state. Injuries ruined our entire secondary, dropping our top two corners and our starting safety, but we were determined. My heart was racing 300 beats per minute and I could hear my Dad's worried chants come from the stands. He would always worry about me, sometimes a little too much. At my first ever track meet he was worried that the track would be "too slick", and I would slip and fall and get hurt. It had rained 5 days ago, for emphasis. So yeah, he was pretty nervous about my 5'7, 165 frame going against a 6'3, 221 mammoth of a human being. So on the first ever play the ball was snapped and I expected a pass so I dropped back. I saw the Quarterback's eyes dart towards me and I was ready for the ball. Now the result of that play was me getting mossed and being put on House of Highlights, but after that drive I was set in my ways. That ended up being his only catch of the game, including a crucial 4th down with a minute and a half left in the game that was a pass breakup by me. The rest of the season was not as kind, I was constantly lit up and destroyed by opposing receivers, but the fact that my coach believed in me enough to keep me in kept me going. He would play me every game, no matter how poorly I played. He would take me aside and personally work with me every chance he got. He was the reason I became who I am today, even though he was fired after that season because we went 1-9.
I began Sophomore year behind the two aforementioned cornerbacks but that was okay, I easily played slot reciever given my background in track and was able to hold a lot of fast players down. Junior year saw me promoted to stater, and I began seeing interest from some D2 schools in my area. But then I played against the best Pass Catcher in the counntry, Larry Fitzgerald III, and held him to 0 catches on 13 targets, including 5 credited pass breakups and 2 interceptions, my interest shot up faster than an 11 year old boy when he sees a girl for the first time. I was an instant 4 star and got my highlights again posted to House of Highlights, where people acknowledged my old clip too, commenting on how much I had grown. We made the championship game that year, and we won in defensive showdown, 17-13. Senior year I was not as lucky. First defensive play of the year I was toasted after an ankle breaker play lead to me tearing my right achilles. My senior year was over, and I was doomed down to a three star recruit. After losing many college offers and only getting some FCS and D2 offers, I decided not to go to college, instead I started playing in the CFL. Yup, that's right, I settled for Canada over the FCS. There I became an All-Pro defensive back pretty fast. I had always enjoyed Canada because of the cold, but it was much better once I was making $14 million a year. I won a championship in my only year in the CFL, and was the first cornerback in CFL history to finish in the top 3 in MVP voting. It was a very interesting season full of winning and losing, plus some very interesting food choices that changed my diet forever.
After the CFL folded following a lawsuit by Tim Hortens into the money being supplied to potential drug dealers in the CFL buisness, I began discussing my next move with my family. I decided that the best option was to go to the ISFL and continue my dream to become the greatest player this game has ever seen. My game is modeled after some absolute amazing players that should make any GM want me on their team. I am the Charles Woodson. I am the greatest cornerback to ever touch turf on a football field. After waiting for this long, I have finally created my shot. I finally am ready to make the best of the best look embarrassed on the national level every single day. Teams will be terrified of me, they will gameplan around me. This is done through constant hard work. Ever since the CFL broke down I have been constantly working on refining my craft. Watching highlights of every single ISFL wide reciever, working out with some of the greatest trainers in the world, and training against the best pass catchers in the business. I am incredibly prepared to take this entire league by storm, and whatever team takes the chance to draft me, will be guaranteeing themselves multiple championships for years, and years, and years to come, as long as I play for the team.
Nowadays, I love the weather again. I was given a reason to. I look outside and I see the weather and I imagine what goals I can achieve today, who I can be better than today. That's what gives me motivation, the weather outside, the clouds in the sky, and the feet in your shoes, cause I can steer myself in any direction I choose. I know Dr. Suess like hated his wife or something and married an 18 year old after she died but it's a pretty inspirational quote nevertheless.

Called "...actually one of the worst people in sim leagues." by an "anonymous" reviewer.
