S31 WFC Schedule

Welcome back everybody to the second season of the World Football Championships! A competitive first tournament saw team Southeast US defeat the West US to advance to the gold medal game, and the World defeat the Atlantic Midwest US to do the same. Southeast went on to win the inaugural gold medal in a 34-17 victory over team World. This season, the Southeast looks to defend their title, while teams World, West US, and Atlantic Midwest US look for some sweet playoff revenge. Before they get there though, they'll have to go through Canada, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Southwest US, who are all raring for the opportunity to play their way into a gold medal themselves after missing the opportunity last season. Below is the schedule for this season's tournament:

All games air at 7pm EST unless otherwise specified

Sunday,  October 24th -  Deadline for Media about team selections (can be any time from when Eligibility is released)
Sunday,  October 24th -  Preseason for WFC (Will be streamed if possible)
Tuesday,  October 26th -  Weeks 1 & 2
Thursday,  October 28th -  Week 3 & 4
Saturday,  October 30th -  Week 5, 6, & 7 (6PM EST STREAM)
Monday,  November 1st -  Week 8 & 9 (6PM EST STREAM)
Tuesday,  November 2nd -  Week 10 & 11 (6PM EST STREAM)
Thursday,  November 4th -  Week 12, 13, & 14 (6PM EST STREAM)
Saturday,  November 6th -  (4 team playoff)
Tuesday,  November 9th Playoffs -  Gold / Bronze Medal Games

This season we have several 6PM EST streams, as the ISFL has events at 8pm those days. There are also 3 sim weeks being shown on Oct. 30 and Nov. 4. At this time, we only plan to show the latter two of those weeks on stream to allow leniency to the streamer and allow the streams to be done in a reasonable amount of time. If that plan changes we will make an announcement about it.
