A bombshell was dropped this morning at the ISFL league office, as a spokeswoman for the league stated that the league is preparing to bring tampering charges against Chicago Butchers general manager, Tyler Swift. This news comes on the morning of what is set to be the Butcher's biggest game of the season, against the Colorado Yeti. While the exact nature of the allegations is still yet unclear, one source within the league hierarchy was able to confirm they are related to tampering, and specifically the unfurling situation with offensive lineman Emperor de Pengu.
When approached for comment on potential tampering, de Pengu replied: "All the bitches want de Pengu... and you can print that!"
If this statement is indeed factual or not is left to be determined, but it does appear to be true for at least one member of the ISFL, as Tyler Swift prepares to mount a defense in the face of looming tampering charges on the matter. How these allegations will affect the two teams as they meet this evening on the field, can't be known for certain, but we'll keep you updated as more information becomes available.
Editors Note: This publication reached out to Swift several times for comment, but team officials stated they were unavailable for comment.
