Hello fellow sim leaguers!
Pat here with an exciting announcement. After the incredible support and success for the ISFL All-Pro teams over the past four seasons, we have decided to branch out and create an All-Pro Team Selection Committee for the DSFL.
To make this a reality, we would like to recruit people who have an interest in not just the DSFL players and results, but also in analyzing and discussing player and team stats. This is open to any and all users in the ISFL, but there will be a slight preference given to those that have joined the league more recently.
If you are interested, please drop a line to any of the DSFL All-Pro administrators – @Pat @Kotasa @ReverendOReily @Hallmonitor_20 – along with why you wish to be a part of the selection committee, as well as any writing samples you might have to show your interest in stats and player recognition.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to own the sim in order to participate?
No! All of the information needed to make your decisions will be provided by one of the administrators. All you need is a desire to talk and write about DSFL players!
Is there a salary for joining?
At this time the All-Pro Selection Committees, both ISFL and DSFL, are not official league departments. There is money to be made, however, via participating in article writing and graphics creating!
What sort of time commitment is this?
We encourage all of the members to be active during discussions throughout the season, but at the very minimum there is not a lot of time commitment needed from voters. Just enough to discuss nominations and casting votes. However, places on the selection committee will be given to those who show an interest and are active for these discussions.
If any of this appeals to you, please reach out! We are looking to make Season 32 be the first season of the DSFL All-Pro Team, and we need voters to make it happen!
