Hi everyone! Coming to you today to talk about the upcoming S34 patch and what it means for you as a player.
Many archetypes have been changed, so anyone who has one of the affected archetypes will need to rebuild their player from scratch (excluding S35 players, you already have the new archetypes). Alternatively, you have a one-time opportunity to switch to a different archetype at the same position for free without it counting towards your career swap.
And lastly, if your player has an archetype which has NOT been affected, but another archetype at the same position HAS, you may switch to one of these new changed archetype for free.
AFFECTED ARCHETYPES:
QB - All
RB - Speed Back
RB - Power Back
RB - Receiving Back
WR - Speed Receiver
WR - Return Specialist
TE - Vertical Threat
TE - Blocking TE
LB - All
CB - All
DE - All (Do not need to rebuild, but can if they wish. Weight change only)
DT - All (Do not need to rebuild, but can if they wish. Weight change only)
NON-AFFECTED ARCHETYPES, BUT WHO MAY SWITCH FOR FREE TO AN AFFECTED ARCHETYPE:
RB - Fullback
WR - Slot Receiver
WR - Possession Receiver
TE - Possession TE
POSITIONS THAT GET NO FREE SWAP AND CAN'T REBUILD:

So again, those listed under the affected archetypes may either switch to a different archetype at the same position or must (except DT/DE) reallocate their TPE to make sure their build conforms to the new min/maxes.
Those listed under the Non-Affected Archetypes list may switch for free to an affected archetype at the same position.
All of this must be reflected in the first update of the S34 season (26th Feb), so you'll be able to start on this after the final update of the S33 season (12th Feb). For GMs, you must rebuild any players who will be on your roster next season with affected archetypes before the 26th Feb update. In this instance, the IA player's bank must remain the same or higher as it was previously. Ie, you cannot spend TPE that they previously had banked.
