Not a fan of the current iteration of this overhaul. I already voted no, but I have to point out that it appears bullet point 3 and bullet point 7b contradict each other.
"3. At the end of the season, the committee would prepare ballots for the voters to complete. Using their discussions from the entire season, the committee would compile a ballot for each award as they have done in the past, providing relevant stats and any points of discussion they believe to be relevant. These ballots would be submitted to HO/GMs to complete the final voting process. "
" 7. Creation of the committee would follow specific guidelines;
b. GMs of teams and SFWG members are allowed to be voting committee members, however, preference should be given to users that are not members of these groups. "
So what exactly is the plan here? Who are the voters since point 3 states they'll be handed to the GM's (like we do now) and point 7b makes it seem like the voting committee is a totally separate thing?
