I'm glad this is one of the tasks! I figured I'd just answer these in order as a bit of a stream of conciousness so forgive the ramble. Joining the ISFL has been a lot of fun already and I haven't even touched the field yet as a S41 Rookie. I found the league through my usual procrastination based browsing of the NFL subreddit, and as a massive fantasy degenerate and a professional game designer, the idea of playing in a deep system like this and sort of experiencing a "football career by post" pretty much immediately burrowed itself into my brain.
I've been pretty satisfied with my earning of TPE so far! I should be well clear of 115 or so at the time of the DSFL draft which should give me a solid basis to carve out a role from the offset. One thing I would comment is that the structure of the Rookie TPE's and onboarding process has made an initially incredibly daunting process much much smoother. The TPE and cash incentives are great but realistically it naturally exposed me to the graphics, media, and Discord communities which helps a great deal with retention and reaching out for help.
Honestly the people who've been helpful to me so far in settling in are too numerous to name, but I'd specifically mention Raven, RussDrivesTheBus, TubaDeus and LordCoolcats as people who either instantly came to mind for being helpful or people I've already had good chats with. I've mentioned before I initially jumped in off the Reddit thread to have a look around, mostly curious about what kind of system this runs in, but the strength of the community immediately had me interested in staying and playing properly. It's obvious from the outset that a lot of people here go above and beyond for the health of the community and that's great to see!

I'll happily sell myself for 150 words. First off I would hope my activity level is fairly hard to beat! I'm a huge fantasy fan and winding ISFL into my daily fantasy activity is a natural fit. Other than that, I'm a big believer in team culture and winning as a whole. Whether a role player or a star I think teams are only as strong as their weakest link, take it from a Raptors fan the bench strength matters heh.
Outside of that, I like to think I'm relatively sharp when it comes to football IQ, and am a pretty good judge of both players abilities and the coordinated abilities of teams as a whole. Hopefully in the future this evolves into potential scouting & team composition work but in the mid term it should see me guide my players development relatively well.
I'm focused on creating a reliable safety valve TE who has explosive play ability through YAC - which modern Football teaches us is one of the greatest positions to have an Elite option at. If you want someone who is attempting to create the sim version of Kittle or Kelce whilst being an active community member, I'm probably a decent pick for you team!

This is a great question hah, first off GET RID OF THE EXCESSIVE CELEBRATION PENALITIES I mean come on it's literally a "have less fun" rule. It's also moronic from a business perspective, as often teams unique & creative celebrations are some of the most virally shared clips on social media which is essentially just free marketing & star building on it's own. It's absurd that there's even a debate on this one, I don't know anyone who likes this rule. Same goes for almost all instances of "Taunting".
Complete re-evaluate how Pass Interference Penalties are awarded. I think one of the most lukewarm takes imaginable, but it's still important. Pass interference has got wildly out of hand to the point where negligable contact is having dramatic effect on games. I would remove "spot of the foul" rulings for 95% of pass interference and re-categorize severe interference (you literally body the receiver before he gets a chance) to spot of the foul.
One that has always bugged me that I would love to address would be actually enforcing intentional grounding or removing it because as it stands it's a complete joke. Throw the ball short and it hits the ground? Intentional grounding to avoid a loss of yardage. Throw the ball 80ft in the air into the upper bowl directly to the sideline? Definitely a valid pass attempt and not deliberate grounding at all. Removing it at this point is probably the answer, as it's become a bit of a joke.
