I’ve explained his story before, however i’ve never gotten big into the details. Logjammed was born with a bad liver, very bad. To the point where he was only able to eat certain foods, he couldn’t eat dairy or meat, as it would mess with his liver. This caused him to be very small as a child, which he was bullied for. His father was always his biggest supporter, and always wanted him to play football, Logjammed was never interested in playing the sport, however he loved the analytics. In middle school, a couple of his friends joined the football team, he never thought about playing, however his close friend, Cheesenut Mcoatmeal told him he should. He did, and didn’t see any playing time however his ability to read offenses made him a very good friend of his coach, The team very much benefited with him there, winning the city championship.
However, Logjammed was not happy, he changed how he felt about playing the summer going into high school. His father was very happy about this, and took him under his wing and they would workout together everyday. Sadly, during a run with each other, Logjammeds father would suffer a heart attack, and before the ambulance would arrive, he passed away. This was very hard on Logjammed, as he fell into a deep depression, but he wouldn’t give up for his father. He started eating better, started doing harder workouts, and spent every day training for the football season. He wanted to make his father proud.
Once he got into the 9th grade, he looked like a new man, he had grown to be 6’2 and was 200 pounds of pure muscle. People didn’t even recognize him at first. Once he joined the football team, he realized something, he didn’t even have a position in mind, His coach said he should try out Qb or DE, he decided to pick DE as that was his fathers position when he was in the DSFL. He quickly put on a show his first year in high school, grabbing 17 sacks on the year, 6 in one game! He was already gaining interest from colleges, he never thought he would make it that far, but he knew he had to do it for his father.
Next year was more of the same for Log, he had a school breaking 21 sacks in a season. He got offers from, Alabama, Auburn, OSU, etc. He didn’t know where he was going, but Alabama was definitely at the top of his choices. That summer he visited their Campus, and he committed.
In his Junior season, Logjammed suffered a thumb injury, which caused him to miss 3 of the 14 school games. He still got 18 sacks on the season, he was unstoppable when playing. He got lots more offers from schools, but Alabama is where he wanted to go. However, that summer while training, he tore his ACL, which caused Alabama to resend his offer, and so did every other school, except Boston College.
He didn’t play his Senior season in High school, as his torn ACL was still healing. He committed to Boston College, and was ready and excited to play for a team so close to where he lived.
His first season of college was a very interesting one, he started all of his games, recording 13 sacks, and was voted to the ALL-ACC Rookie team by his piers. During the off-season of this year, Logjammed got into trouble with campus Police, by getting drunk and fighting with other players during parties, he has since sobered up, vowing to never touch alcohol again. Logjammed has recently said that stopping his alcohol problem has saved his life, as he is currently facing minor liver problems due to the drinking.
His second year was a bit better, putting up 15 sacks on the season. He started to get some attention by DSFL and ISFL teams, He also put on some weight this season, but that didn’t seem to slow him down. His ACL was still bothering him, and was a big issue with his potential leading up to his DSFL carrer.
His third season in college was his best yet. He had 17 sacks that season, helping his team to a Bowl win over Clemson. He had focused his attention to the DSFL draft , hoping to be picked high.
He was selected with the 34th overall pick in the S40 DSFL draft, by the Tijuana Luchadores. People are wondering how he will play at the DSFL level.
