carly rae jensen spent her season really focusing on watching film on how to make tackles against her opponents, figuring out where opponents go with the ball when carly is coming at them, and adjusting to not miss or get blocked. it has really helped carly this year as she has managed to set a career high in sacks and has not at all missed a tackle through 15 games this season. In addition to the tape study, carly rae jensen has really prioritized cardio work and improving her endurance and stamina, often ending her workouts with multiple mile runs on a treadmill, or even outside if she feels like it. sometimes after an especially hard workout it can be daunting to want to do the cardio work after but carly has been able to persevere and it has really helped her in game stamina and being able to go all game without getting tired/
