With Octavion Speedings being relatively new to football as he was a star track and fielder for his high school before getting recruited by coach Johnson to play football for the team, to say he's fast is an understatement. After only a few sessions a week practising his speed, explosiveness, endurance, and stamina with coach Johnson, he managed to get way faster than he was. He finally broke the 4.2 threshold by running a 4.29. But obviously speed wasn't where he lacked as he did run a high 4.3 before turning to football, hence why he didn't train that part of his game a lot. Coach Johnson's focus for Octavion Speedings was his technique. Playing a new sport you've never tried before is incredibly difficult as there are a lot of details and fundamentals you have to learn for each position. As a wide receiver, Octavion was religiously working out with coach on his route running, catching, etc., and I think it's safe to say he's improved quite a lot
