Jumbo Edward has a strict and tough training regime, while being a great defensive tackle in the Developmental League. It was definitely a rough start to the season, being absent from the stat sheet. But his stats are steadily improving and he is getting to the opposing quarterbacks quicker and tougher. And we can thank his training regime. Every morning, Jumbo Edward has to use the bathroom first thing in the morning before he gets to the weight room. While in the weight room, he'll be drinking pre-workout and a protein shake. With his routine, he is strict on doing heavy squats and bench press sets. This helps him with his strength so he can throw offensive lineman out the way to get to the quarterback or running back. After the workout - he will not shower. It is a proud smell of hard work that he enjoys for a little bit while he starts making breakfast. Where he would cook up six eggs, 6 pieces of bacon and a stack of pancakes. This helps his body recover and get ready for ready for practice.
