It's been a long season, and there's been plenty of time to improve your game. How has your player progressed over the season? Were you consistently hitting the weights? Did you religiously study tape to fix your own mistakes? Or maybe a coach help improved your technique? Whatever the case, describe what helped your player development!
This season has definitely been long one but certainly a good one for Frank Dux and his Chicago Butchers. Dux has really refined his receiving and route running skills during the season to help elevate the passing game. In order to do this he was relentlessly being coachable to his teammates and coaches in the wide receiver room while making sure he was still getting reps with the other running backs. This consisted of a lot of agility and juggs machine work to make sure he wasn't dropping passes and being able to get open off a quick route. Additionally, it did take plenty of film to correct small mistakes and become a better player for this team all-around. There was a lot of ladder work to help with footwork as that was probably the biggest thing Dux needed to work on to be efficient in getting open. Additionally, Dux worked a lot on just straight up catching the ball as that was definitely something he needed to continue getting better at from last season considering he is a running back first.
