It has been an intense few seasons for Harley Andrews from a progression standpoint.This season though, it feels like Andrews has reached his physical peak. He follows a very strict diet program along with an intense workout routine to help him build and maintain a strong, muscular build but also remain extremely lean. As a defensive end, it is important that he has the ability to hold his ground against the massive offensive tackles he is facing each and every play. However, as a speed rusher he also needs the speed and agility to get past them as quickly as possible with various block shedding maneuvers. In addition to the various off-field workouts and training he completes, Andrews also puts in a significant amount of time on the practice field to hone those pass rushing skills and find ways to improve his game any way that he can. This commitment to improving is what has helped him become one of the premier pass rushers in the ISFL.
