The main way my player has been improving over the season has been through hitting the field and studying the film. First I like to study the film, it shows me what I’m doing. I know lay have some of my teammates or RB coaches helping pick up on what I’m doing right and/or wrong, and me and my teams come up with what I can start doing, what I can refine, and what to cut out. Then we hit the field and practice what we came up with in the film room. I have a drone that records all of my training film from a birds eye view so I can review what I’m doing in my practices and see if I’m applying what I learned in the film room to what I’m doing on the field. I still workout in our training room with my personal trainer, and he is amazing, but that extra on field experience makes all the difference for me.
