Agent Tesla: Well I am glad you asked Miss Poofenplotz! You see this is Cross-Eriksen's eighth season in the league and she has gotten into a pretty regular routine to cover the sixteen games of the regular season. Now a lot of people think you need to put in more work, however that is actually a massive mistake on their part as the key to surviving the football season is to reduce load as best you can as you progress through the weeks.
Now to give a more concrete example Cross-Eriksen's training is most difficult during the off-season, and then it declines as we reach each step over the course of the season. So that by this final stretch of the season she is down to doing just enough to maintain her form for a potential playoff berth so as to avoid any stress injuries. That said she does make up for this reduction of physical training time though by doing more studying of the playbook and mental practice as she has found that keeping herself in a football mode seems to help her when it comes to game day. Based off her all pro nods thus far I am quite comfortable with how she handles herself over the course of the season and am not about to complain about it now.
