It consists of 1 large Supreme Pizza from a local Brick Oven pizza place called "The Local Brick Oven Pizza Place" or TLBOPP for short. Then he eats 2 Peanut butter and Banana smoothies filled with chocolate protein powder. Finally he consumes 3 expressos and runs from his apartment 2 miles away from the Yellowknnive Field, also known as The Frostlands. Next his workour routine involved playing dodgeball with 5 randomly moving Pitching machines inside a 5x5 sq foot area. He used to be pretty bad but he's getting better. Finally he finishes his morning before practice drills with Hot Yoga and Dog Tai Chi before enjoying a nice cup of Chia Tea.
