S41 Week 1 Fantasy Overreactions
* Nova Montagne has a nice headstart after week 1 but it will be a straight fight between Montagne and Queen Liz for the QB1 spot this season.
* Beatz might have been overdrafted. Painted Penguin went undrafted in most leagues but could be on to outscore Beatz and finish as a top 4 QB.
* Did you draft Danny Nedelko? Congratulations on your TPE. Not only was it an outstanding Week 1, barring any drastic change in AZ's gameplan, we might be about to see one of the greatest rushing seasons of all time. DN2K? I wouldn't bet against it.
* Get rid of Sherwin Blue if you picked them up. Huge upgrades that might be available: Pyxis, Farquaads or Brooks.
* Sconnie was very undervalued and should comfortably finish a top 3 WR, though it'll take some work to beat Blaze Jr to the WR1 spot this season.
* Beeblebrox could well be a top 5 WR, so could be worth a waiver. Morley, too, should do much better than his ADP.
* It should be a duel between Hogmally and McKinley for the TE1 this season. Hogmally should do the best RoS but McKinley has a big headstart after week 1.
* If you drafted Huge or Crashmore, Penne should be a strong upgrade for the rest of the season.
* The top 3 drafted OL are probably going to stay the top 3. If you're in a tough spot, you could do worse than Walrus Jones or Dane Johnson, who could legitimately finish as OL4.
* Reed fully deserves his spot as the top DL off the board. Outside of that, the other contenders for top 3 are Marciano, McTurtle and... Jensen? That's right, Carly Rae Jensen should be a great pickup if you ended up with a DL not mentioned earlier.
* LB is and always has been a quite random position fantasy-wise. Outside of the big names, Buckley Jr has great potential and should end up as a top 6 LB.
* DBs are even more random than LB so not much to recommend here.
* If you were let down by Doink in week 1, stick with them. They should pick it back up rest of the season. In fact, kicker is probably not worth burning a waiver on given their volatility.
Editors note: Everything above goes out of the window if teams significantly change their strategies
