Hello ISFL! Welcome back to another induction into the hall of fame!
As a quick summary, in order to be inducted into the Hall of Fame a player needs to be voted in by 2/3 of voters - if they receive 1/3 of the votes they will stay on the ballot for the next season.
As was passed in the S23 Rules Summit, we have formed a Hall of Fame Committee! The committee this season was made up of Zealge1, Woelkers, Baron1898, JuOSu, manicmav36, nunccoepi, NicholasTheGreat, Frostbite, Modern_Duke, Zaynzk, .Simo and Moonlight!
With these twelve, our requirements are 8 votes to be inducted and 4 votes to stay on the ballot.
Note: As was noted in the S29 Open Newsletter, the general user base can now nominate players, general managers, and user contributors for consideration or re-consideration to the Hall of Fame! Publicly-submitted nominees must be sponsored by a HOF Committee member to be entered into the voting process. You can click HERE to nominate someone for consideration to the S42 ballot. Any players/general managers/user contributors that make it to the ballot via this method will be denoted with a †. As an additional note, players will still have to receive approval from half of the committee after being sponsored by a committee member to proceed to the final ballot.
Now, I"m pleased to introduce our newest members of the International Simulation Football League Hall of Fame! Welcome to the Hall of Fame:
Goat Tank was selected 11th overall by the Orange County Otters in the first round of the S25 ISFL draft. He was elected to 8 consecutive Pro Bowls, made the First Team All-Pro team in S31, and appeared 3 times on the Second Team All-Pro in S32, S33, and S34, was a 2 time Offensive Player of the Year, and 2 time Running Back of the Year in the same seasons S31 and S33.
Goat Tank split the majority of his career evenly with the Orange County Otters and the Berlin Fire Salamanders, in Goat Tank's final season he was traded at the deadline of S36 and won the elusive Ultimus with the Honolulu Hahalua. He also holds numerous career records such as 8th in rushing yards, 6th in rushing TDs and 17th in scrimmage yards. All these accomplishments after first being a defensive tackle from seasons S25-S28. Goat Tank’s time at running back was short but he hit the ground running and was elite his entire run at the position. A well deserved induction for one of the best bell cows the ISFL has ever seen.

Now, we move on to the User Hall of Fame! As passed in the S24 Rules Summit, the rules for the User HOF have changed:
All joking aside, I didn’t think I’d ever get to this point when I jumped into the league in S25 but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t trying. I was a Rookie Mentor from S26-S28 and then was rehired from S37-S40 and helped us get some video guides to help new users get accommodated to the league, we’re due for another batch I think. I was also a streamer from S28-S36 and still maintain backup roles to this day. I’ve hosted countless streams from drafts to awards, run the wiki and have since S28, please hit me up if you want to get paid. We have lots of pages that could use some tuneups. Helped get the ISFL gameday show off the ground with my friend Lucid in S29 and stepped away in S33 for new members to take over. Was a member of the SFWG ISFL AP team committee for many seasons and now I run the DSFL team, as well as being the Hall of Fame commissioner since S33. My final user accomplishment is the S38 MDM award I won, I’ve also been GMs for two teams since S28, Tijuana from S28-S36 and AZ from S37 to current. I love this league and am honored to be inducted into the User hall of fame, thank you to the league for being such a great part of my life. You guys are all awesome and I hope to continue to contribute to the league in a positive manner!
