Bubba Hog would create his own e-sports team. Of course, he would make a team of Madden players. However, he would have a rule that all of them must play as New Orleans at all times or be kicked off the team. Bubba would make sure that the e-sports team was affiliated with the New Orleans SecondLine Football Team and that they would share a logo. Bubba would then hire the best hackers in the world to ensure that his e-sports team won every game. As everyone knows, New Orleans is the best team in the ISFL and is the only team to never lose a game. The e-sports team would copy that and never lose. Hog would help the players learn how to read the quarterback so that they can get more interceptions. Of course, the real football team has never given up a point and has gotten turnovers on every possession so surely the e-sports team would follow suit.
We all love games in this league and of varying genres. For me, I'm a fan of mostly first person shooters, RPGs, MOBAs, battle royales, puzzle games, especially of the mystery kind, and fighting games! If I were given the opportunity to lead an e-sports team, I would lead a team that is proficient in fighting games. I am a huge fan of Tekken mostly in terms of fighting games. On my team, I would contact the best "free agent" gamers and up and coming fighters to preposition the to join my team. The way I would screen them is by paying them to train me and how well they train me and how they interact with people in general. I would plan to have a team of eight players to fight at all levels. Though, I would love to be able to fund the team to be able to compete at EVO and be an eternal contending team!
Written option: You've been approached by your agent to sponsor an E-Sports team. What sport/game would it be? Is it a brand new team or one that already exists? Is your team any good? In what way would you assist your new e-sports team? Literally discribe anything about your team!

I would rather create a brand new team because frankly, I know nothing about e-sports. That may seem counterintuitive since not knowing anything should mean it’s not the best idea in the world to jump head first into that business. But to be honest, why not. I’d probably just create a low-effort team to play some shooter game, probably CS:GO or Fortnite since that’s what the kids play these days, right? I would just set up the team, hire some competent people to run it, and just provide funding, since I’d rather not overstep my boundaries and run the team into the ground early. Eventually, as I learn more about the team, I’d probably want to have a more hands-on approach when needed, but in general I’d just like to be an overseer type of guy with it since I don’t really care about those things. It’d probably have some generic branding until I get some serious sponsors onboard or if someone comes up with a great idea.
