Tijuana has had an absolutely dominant season through 10 weeks and all things look like the stage is set for an Ultimini rematch of Portland vs Tijuana from S43. While I am certainly going to jinx this by assuming we will get the rematch, I’m going to focus in my answer to this PT by looking at what Tijuana will need to focus on this season to accomplish what they couldn’t last season. Currently on a six week streak, week 11 will be very telling as they head to Portland for their second matchup of the regular season. Going back their last three matchups, Portland has won all three which is impressive considering Tijuana’s dominance against the rest of the DSFL, with their last non-Portland loss coming against Bondi Beach in week 13 of the previous season. One thing to note however is that this S44 Tijuana team is not at all the same as from a year ago, even if the team a year ago was able to make it to the Ultimini. The Ultimini was a blowout last year, and Tijuana was not as strong of a team - losing six in the regular season. Right now even if Tijuana somehow lost the rest of their games, they’d still end up with a better regular season than last year. Additionally, their point differential is much stronger than Portland’s this year. Portland had a point differential of +157 compared to Tijuana’s +47. Through 10 weeks this season however, Tijuana has a positive point differential of 193 compared to Portland’s 129. Both teams are very impressive this year, with Portland’s defense giving up an average of 13.6 points against per game and Tijuana’s giving up 15.4. To me the clear key to Tijuana having the edge over Portland this year will be their powerful and balanced offense that has managed to score nearly 35 points per game and about 8 more points per game than Portland. As long as that potent offense can keep scoring even against Portland’s league leading defense, Tijuana should be able to enact revenge in an Ultimini rematch this season.
With a massive lead over even 3rd in the conference, the Crash have basically only a single challenger, one who they will have the tiebreaker over via conference record no matter what. With that in mind, the Crash can drop a game and still take lead the conference. They certainly have the slate of games to do that, with their games at the Butchers and home against the Wraiths being what should be very easy wins considering they are poor opponents against the arguable best team in the league. They also have a game at home against the Sailfish, who they should be favored against and are very much superior to them; however that has not mattered over the last couple months of the season as the Sailfish have turned on the jets recently. Even still, the Crash are in prime position for home field advantage through the entire playoffs, even if they are unlikely to have the best point differential for the entire season (they're approximately 20 points behind the Hahalua)

First of all, this question requires a general knowledge of a teams build and where they are strong and weak. I know none, zero, zip about any of that. The only thing I can say for certain is the weakness is not at center. When it comes to building a strong football team, there are three elements you must focus on: management, coaching, and talent. I feel strongly that the Baltimore Hawks of the international simulation football league have a strength in each of those areas. The management and coaching have proven that they are able to put together a winning football team time and time again. Not just a team that wins, but also a team that goes deep into the playoffs. If the Baltimore hawks have one weakness, it is at the cornerback position. Neither of the players at corner have shown the ability to ball hawk, make plays, or lead a team to victory. Im kidding of course. It is very clear to me that the strongest position on this team is center for real though.

As a player on the Norfolk Seawolves my team, unfortunately, is not the deciding factor in whether or not we make the playoffs. That said, I think the team performed quite well all things considered. We were in a rough spot from what I understand at the start of the season. We battled week in and week out and have been a competitive squad this season. I think our largest issue has been consistency. At times our offense just couldn't seem to find its footing. Other games the defense just didn't play to the standard it needed to and put us in a rough spot. All in all though there were plenty of bright spots on both sides of the ball that will set us up quite well for the next season. If we can add some more pieces, and those that are already on the team can get their updates in I have no doubt we will be a competitive team.

You may be asking yourself what could X team have done differently, and one that is fairly self explanatory in my eyes would be the former Los Vegas Legion, now the New Orleans Secondline not decimating their core at every given chance.
You may be asking yourself, Keygan, how can you say what they should have done differently if you have only be back in the league for a mere few hours. Let me tell you, word travels fast, and 10 pages of drama cannot be missed. Trading elite players for picks that may not even end up having an available player when their turn comes around does not assist teams that are looking to get over that final hump to join the masses in the world of playoff contention. Trading first overall picks when you are in desperate need of talent also seemingly becomes harmful in the end. In less words, if New Orleans wishes to make the jump and make the playoffs going forward, I think they may just have to stop trading all together.
I think that the Orange County Otters are eliminated from playoff contention. Maybe not mathematically but practically speaking, yes. Although there are still 2 games left, it was unfortunately a disappointing season. The offense did great in my honest opinion. On the shoulders of Lloyd Bannings and LeAndre Diarra, the Otters put up some impressive numbers on offense.
On the defensive side of the ball, though, we could have been much better. From my point of view, I feel that the defensive line could have generated a lot more pressure and sacks on opposing quarterbacks. The Otters ranked 3rd to last in the league for sacks by the defense. I fully expect that to improve next season. Taking a look at the kicking game, we definitely had at least a game or two that would have gone our way if not for a missed extra point or field goal. But I do not fault Eliot Bukowski because he's a cutie.
With Chicago be eliminated from the playoffs this year. i think the number on thing that would have changed our season would be if we had not turned the ball over as much as we did. Painted penguin is a good dude but if I had to put money on a guy to throw a game disastrous pick or a take a bad sack it would be him. As well we invested in an OL that was atrocious this year could not block could not pass protect. Needs a whole new reload retool whatever you want to call it. The defense is young and will continue to keep improving With Norman Smiley Amanda Huggandkiss And Joey Battle coming up the ranks the core of the new defense is in place and i hope that this team makes the playoffs in the next 2 seasons. With Painted, Morley, and Reed on their way out soon i really hope that we can give them one more hurrah before they call it a Career..
