Lane Frost III announced yesterday that he will be thinking about the Birddogs' offer for him to play for his final season of eligibility. Amid his great year with the Birddogs and the Wraiths struggling to find a true WR1 through 12 games, it would not surprise me if he is on the Wraiths next year. As of right now, Frost is in the second year of his three-year contract and is making $4 million to be with the Birddogs. If he were to be called up next season he would be making $1 million from the Wraiths and if he stayed he would be making another $4 million. Frost also has a no-trade clause and a mutual option on all years of his contract. The power is in Frost's hands and he controls his destiny. Currently he is more on the side of going to the Wraiths to play, but you never know with this family.
