HollywoodTruzz has appealed their recent suspension for a code of conduct violation. The original punishment can be found here.
After reviewing the details surrounding the incident, the team has chosen to uphold the decision by HO. Although "intent" matters as a mitigating factor when it comes to "rule enforcement" in real life and in sim life, it is not always enough to shift the scales. The entire purpose of the Code of Conduct as written is to promote a community that is considerate of not only what will offend someone, but also what very well could offend someone even if the "intent" was to be playful. Therefore, given HO's desire to both deter conduct issues and promote giving wide berth to anything that could be considered off-color, the punishment is appropriate.
The vote was unanimous. manicmav36 recused themselves from the vote.
