Hopefully this will put some of the toothpaste back in the tube for the new players who looked at the initial ruling and are considering stepping back/away.
This situation should serve as a reminder that actions and decisions have consequences one, two, three levels away. I know it was a harsh reminder of that for me.
League is likely losing a 4.5 year user over this, put a bad taste in the mouth of promising new users and more consequences that haven’t been actualized yet.
Glad to see HO walk this back, as it was a larger punishment than I think many people expected.
To that end though, Norfolk simply wanted a resim and nothing more. I've heard rumblings that this was something that was asked for by Norfolk, and I'd like to put that to bed here and now. While we're disappointed that a resim was not further discussed, we understand the decision and are moving on.
Correct decision here, now enough attacking our Head Office members. You're allowed to disagree with decisions, but this throwing users under the bus needs to stop.
